Annette Axthelm and Henner Rolvien are part of the "quietly famous" of the capital city region. They prefer to retreat to a position behind the architecture, letting the buildings speak for themselves. Annette Axthelm and Henner Rolvien have created a building of timeless durability. A fascinating play between building forms and light completely removes any demarcation between inside and out. The façade opens up to the light on all sides and mirrors the park in front of the building, which already appears to reflect the nearby Tiergarten.

The loggias accentuate the osmosis between external and internal spaces. Almost every apartment has a loggia or terrace. Their floors are finished in high-quality Bankirai wood.
