Faire renaître « Le Concorde », bâtiment emblématique de la fin des années 60, tel a été le challenge que nous a confié le promoteur Toulousain, DEROMEDI SA . Cet établissement, oublié depuis de nombreuses années, nous avons souhaité lui redonner son identité sans perdre de vue ses origines. L’emplacement unique au bord du canal du midi, cet endroit boisé entre nature et ville, a permis de créer un lien entre ces deux mondes ; un sas minéral et technologique donnant accès à un espace d’accueil, lumineux, aux notes de bois, on y retrouve des murs de végétaux, des camaïeux de couleurs allant du blanc au gris, rappelant ainsi l’univers urbain, les différents espaces se fondent entre eux. Les 101 appartements qui composent la résidence ont été repensés entièrement, en créant un nouvel univers inspiré de formes et de rythmes géométriques en référence à Ettore Sottsass. Le jeu des formes « trapéziennes » des éléments et du mobilier dessiné pour l’hôtel Concorde, les moquettes réalisées pour l’occasion, ainsi que les oeuvres inédites de l’artiste JP Magnoac font de ces appartements, des exclusivités. L’hôtel Concorde avait un potentiel et nous l’avons exploité au maximum, l’objectif était de lui redonné vie et c’est ce qu’il semble être arrivé …

Revive "The Concorde", the emblematic building of the late '60s, this was the challenge given to us by the Toulouse sponsor Deromedi SA. This, forgotten for many years, we wanted to give it back its identity without losing sight of its origins. The unique location along the Canal du Midi, this wooded area between nature and city, has created a link between the two worlds; mineral and technological lock giving access to a reception area, bright with notes of wood, we find walls of plants, color shades from white to gray, reminding the urban world, the different spaces melt them. The 101 apartments that make up the residence was completely redesigned, creating a new universe inspired geometric shapes and rhythms in reference to Ettore Sottsass. The game forms "trapéziennes" elements and designed furniture for the Concorde Hotel, carpets made for the occasion, as well as unpublished works of artist JP Magnoac make these apartments exclusives. Concorde hotel had potential and we have exploited to the maximum, the aim was to her new life and this is what seems to have happened ...
