作为项目面对市场的第一张王牌，文昌府营销中心着力于展示东方文化，在传承基础上对其进行国际化表达。

以空间为底色，将五千年的华夏气韵酝酿出回味悠长的感受。

“藏”是中华传统美学的重要定律，步入接待前厅，墨韵山水在墙面若隐若现。艺术玻璃和镜面不锈钢用利落线条和平滑肌理渲染现代感，而与之搭配的木材又将中式的温润融入空间，将视觉重心奠定在较为沉稳的基调上。

"Hiding" is an important law of Traditional Chinese aesthetics. When you step into the reception hall, the ink landscape is looming on the wall. Art glass and mirror stainless steel use neat lines and smooth texture to render a modern sense, while the wood with it blends the Warmth of Chinese style into the space, laying the focus of vision on a relatively calm tone.

进入沙盘区，空间气质由清正转向磅礴：挑高天花板容纳开阔气场，艺术吊灯的造型仿佛一群振翅欲飞的海鸥，以先声夺人的大气感，表达摄人心魄的空间美学。

Entering the sand table area, the space temperament turns from qing zheng to majestic: the high ceiling accommodates the wide air field, and the artistic chandelier looks like a group of seagulls flapping their wings to fly, expressing the breathtaking space aesthetics with the commanding atmosphere.

洽谈区内直线居多，而不同材质和颜色的错落穿插，让视觉效果丰富、不显单调。整幅落地窗引风光入室内，让大自然在空间中完成最画龙点睛的一笔。

Negotiation area is in the majority of straight lines, and different materials and colors scattered interspersed, so that the visual effect is rich, not monotonous. The whole French window leads the scenery into the room, allowing nature to complete the most finishing touch in the space.

儿童活动区以折射绚丽灯光的玻璃砖打底，点缀高饱和度的鲜明色块，搭配来自迪士尼的动漫元素，为孩子营造一片寓教于乐的小天地。

The children's activity area is based on the glass brick of refraction gorgeous light, dotted with bright color blocks of high saturation, with the animation elements from Disney, creating a small world of education and fun for children.

㎡，对位客群偏向三代同堂的大家庭。考虑到家庭成员的平均年龄，我们将空间基调定位在新中式风格，意在将传统文化的厚重内涵，以现代生活方式下的空间语言表达。

客餐厅以大面积木饰面打底，朱红色的山水花鸟元素将视觉效果提亮。详略得当大气端方，是空间气韵，亦是生活聚场。

The guest restaurant is based on a large area of wood veneer. Vermilion elements of landscape flowers and birds brighten the visual effect. Detailed and slightly appropriate and atmospheric end, is the charm of space, but also life gathering.

宽景阳台直连客厅，阳光与微风随时穿堂入室。执一盏清茶远眺，融空间于自然，融感受于生活。

Wide view balcony directly connected to the living room, sunlight and breeze into the hall at any time. Hold a cup of tea overlooking, melt space in nature, melt feeling in life.

书柜的浅色木饰面极尽清雅，内嵌灯带的设计丰富了视觉效果，日常生活中也易于物品的拿取。传统茶元素的使用，将“赌书消得泼茶香”的诗意进一步强化。

The light-colored wood veneer of the bookcase is extremely elegant, and the design of the embedded lamp belt enriches the visual effect, which is also easy to take in daily life. The use of traditional tea elements will further strengthen the poetic meaning of "gambling book dispelling tea fragrance".

主卧衣柜门的栅栏设计与中式玄关元素相应和，墙面的亭台楼阁以工笔细描之姿体现匠心，颇有云深不知处的缥缈意味。

次卧一眼看去，元素层层叠叠，却因其间内在的逻辑呼应而不显杂乱。墙面的云雾山岚图用清浅笔触渲染厚重文化，给人留下韵味悠长的遐想空间。

“里予和一”四字蕴含着自然生长的自然力量哲学，从时间、空间、以及自然三个维度达成和谐统一。我们希望通过品牌传达出温润又富有张力的情感，熔铸于作品之中，对于设计精益求精的追求。

The word “Li Yu he Yi”contains the philosophy of natural forces, which is harmonious and unified from the three dimensions of time, space and nature. We hope to convey a warm and tension through the brand emotion, melting cast in the works, the pursuit of excellence in design.
