How to let artistic aesthetics permeate into the daily life? How to take personality, lifestyle and spatial needs as the major inspirations and blend them together?

本案旨在给业主打造一个最佳的生活方式，所以在动线和功能上，尽可能的是考虑到业主在空间上的使用关系。老人房和主卧都形成自己的独立功能套间，让两代人都拥有私密的使用空间！而小孩房和多功能书房和公卫都放在另外的独立区域，这样多功能书房的空间使用者可以同步兼顾到小孩房的和生活阳台的使用功能！中厨房和餐厅更是独立区域，把会出现大油烟的空间和其他空间完全分隔开来！

The purpose of this case is to create the best lifestyle for the owner. Therefore, in the dynamic lines and functions, we consider the relationships among the spaces used by the owner. Independent functional suites are formed for the elders’ room and the master’s bedroom, giving private spaces for two generations. The child’s room, the multi-functional study and the toilet are placed in an independent area so that the multi-functional study user can access to the child’s room and the balcony. The Chinese-style kitchen and the dining room are also in an independent area, with the space with cooking fumes completely partitioned from other spaces.

空间布局以功能为基准条件，不断的深入推演！各个空间功能分明，设计师把卧室里的每一个空间都分成一个个方块，但都没有完全封闭，而是用了很多材质或元素把很多空间做了互通，这样空间在功能完整的情况下因为互通会让你感觉不到任何拘束，最大化的利用空间感觉拉开使用者对空间的视线！不管是主卧的更衣室、盥冼室、卫生间里的淋浴区、泡澡区、马桶区，又或者老人房的盥冼更衣室还是卫生间，设计师都在以功能为基准的前提下在渗透着每一个区域的美观，尽可能的把所有功能演化到最美最简的那一面，把一切生活细节的东西美化、简化！

The spatial layout is based on functions to keep designing for all places. Each space has clear functions.

Designers divides every space in the bedroom into squares. However, they are not completely sealed but connected with many materials and elements. With complete functions, the space, because of the connectivity, present no restraints, which maximumly utilizes the spatial feeling to pull wide the visual lines of the users on the space. Whether in the dressing room and the restroom of the master’s bedroom, the showering area, bathing area and the toilet area of the restroom, or the dressing room and the restroom of the elder’s room, the designers present the permeation of the beauty of every region based on the functions, display all the functions in their most beautiful and simplistic form and make every life detail beautiful and simple.

而在客厅这个大方块上反而并没有用上任何隔断，只用材质元素（水泥砖和木地板）和功能组件（沙发和操作台）把客厅分割成各个功能区。又用人字铺的木地板把空间拉得更丰富，在客厅的背面分出一个西厨操作台兼泡茶区的空间。并把原本客厅的推拉门换成折叠门，让整个空间内外视觉完全融合！可以这样想象，早上一起来，电动窗帘徐徐而开，阳光倾泄进来，泡一壶小茶，蒸两个糕点，亨受着光影在空间的律动变化，让新的一天的翻开新的篇章！在大面积折叠门的采光下，从早上到中午再到入夜，光影之间的变化就象光阴的韵律，入夜再来上几杯咖啡或者红酒，你会瞬间感觉生活变慢了，变得惬意又浪漫！

However, in the big square of the living room, the designers use no partitions but the materialistic elements (concrete bricks and wooden floor) and functional components (sofas and countertops) to separate the living room into different functional areas. The herringbone wooden floor stretches the space more richly. A western-style kitchen countertop and tea-brewing area are formed at the back of the living room. The sliding door in the living room was changed into a folding door, completely infusing the internal and external view of the whole space. Imagine this: After you wake up in the morning, the electrically powered curtains slowly open and the sunshine pours in. You brew a kettle of tea and steam two cakes or pastries. Enjoying the rhythmic changes of the lights and shadows in the space, you open a new chapter for a new day. With the lighting from the wide folding door, the changes of the lights and shadows take a rhythmic course from morning to noon and to evening. At night, you drink a few cups of coffee or wine and instantly feel that the time is slowing down, giving comfortable and romantic feelings.

设计师在手法材质上面并没有用很华丽的元素和方式。动线分明的区域划分，再用上比较朴质的水泥砖、木饰面、木地板、水泥板！布艺的沙发配上进口油腊皮椅的质感，空间点缀上几道浅蓝和橙色的地毯和饰品，再加上几个点光源的氛围打造，加上空间原具有的自然采光。把整个空间的气质贯穿的淋漓尽致。

Designers have not used highly gorgeous elements and methods on the techniques and materials. Instead, they adopted area partitions with clear dynamic lines and relatively concrete bricks, wooden finishes, wooden floors, and concrete slabs. The fabric sofa is matched with the texture of the imported oil-waxed leather chairs. The space is decorated with some light blue and orange carpets and ornaments. The ambience is created with several point light sources and the natural lighting of the space. They give full play to the consistent demeanor of the whole space.
