国家十四五规划和二〇三五年远景目标纲要提出，“坚持农业农村优先发展，全面推进乡村振兴”。

“十四五”规划纲要第七篇也指出

“把乡村建设摆在社会主义现代化建设的重要位置，优化生产生活生态空间，持续改善村容村貌和人居环境，建设美丽宜居乡村。”

在此政策基础上，乡村振兴与文旅项目如何有效结合，是当下每位文旅设计师应思考的方向。

The 14th Five-Year Plan and the Outline of Vision 2035 propose to "adhere to the priority development of agriculture and rural areas and comprehensively promote rural revitalization." Chapter 7 of the Outline of the 14th Five-Year Plan also points out that "put rural construction in an important position in the socialist modernization drive, optimize the ecological space for production and life, and continuously improve the village appearance and living environment, so as to build beautiful and livable villages." Therefore, how to effectively combine rural revitalization and cultural tourism projects based on this policy is the direction that every cultural tourism designer should think about.

将古老村庄遗址旁的空地变为复合业态并创新原有生态观光业态为核心，融合城乡功能、产业功能、文化功能、旅游功能等多种要素，构建集生态休闲、商贸会议、全域旅游、健康养生为一体的高质量文旅项目为设计方向。

Design direction: With the core of turning the open space next to the ancient village relics into a composite business model, and innovating the original ecological tourism business model, this project integrates various elements such as urban and rural functions, industrial functions, cultural functions, and tourism functions to build a high-quality cultural tourism project integrating ecological leisure, business conferences, global tourism, and health care.

项目位于广东省珠海市斗门镇的旅游片区内，在珠海斗门镇总体规划中，该项目被定义为一级旅游服务中心。

The project is located in the tourism area of Doumen Town, Zhuhai, Guangdong Province. In the overall planning of Doumen Town, Zhuhai, the project is defined as a first-class tourism service center.

西侧为接霞庄（即现新围村），北侧为湿地，南侧与村落接壤，北侧规划道路与斗门大道连接。

The project borders Jiexia Village (now Xinwei Village) in the west, the wetland in the north, and the village in the south. Its planned road in the north connects with Doumen Avenue.

规 划

建筑群沿着一条主街及两条次街生长，形成一横两纵的规划肌理。

Buildings grow along one main street and two secondary streets to form a planning texture of "one horizontal and two vertical".

在规划上，我们回应接霞庄村落一横二纵的轴线，结合不规则曲线围合的场地特征，兼顾商业流线动静分区原则形成本方案的开放街区肌理。

In terms of planning, we respond to one horizontal two vertical axes of Jiexia Village, make use of the planned land’s characteristics as being enclosed by irregular curves, and take into account the dynamic and static zoning principle of the flow of people in commercial buildings to form the open block texture of this plan.

在规划上，我们采取因地制宜的设计逻辑，最大化的利用湿地与河道景观丰富规划。

  1、基地北侧为湿地公园，规划原则沿北侧湿地公园景观面进行排布；

  2、顺延场地方向，形成商业、商务与酒店功能复合型组团，各自既可独立成区又可联系形成规模；

  3、基地南侧为人流主入口方向，西北侧与接霞庄人流入口，北侧为湿地公园方向入口，西侧为开放街区西侧主入口。在酒店北侧设置酒店出入口；

  4、空间落位，形成沿场地东西向串联开放街区，形成独具斗门特色的文化街区。

In planning, we adopt a design logic that adapts to local conditions, and maximize the use of wetlands and river landscapes to enrich the planning.

  1. To the north of the planned land is the Wetland Park. In principle, the planned buildings are arranged along the Wetland Park on the north side;

  2. Along the planned land, a compound group of commercial, business and hotel functions in formed, each of which can be divided into independent zones and connected on a considerable scale;

  3. The planned land has a main entrance of the flow of people in its south, the entrance of Jiexia Village to its northwest, an entrance in the direction of the Wetland Park in its north, and the west main entrance of open block in its west. The hotel entrance and exit are set on its north side;

  4. With scattered spaces shaping the east-west open block along the planned land, a cultural block with unique Doumen characteristics is formed.

街区参考岭南传统民居，采用平面网格布局。

商业上将多层商业汇聚一区形成规模，通过回字形主街及纵向巷道形成丰富多样的街区体验。

With reference to Lingnan traditional residential houses, a plane grid layout is adopted. Multi-storey commercial buildings gather in one block on a considerable scale. Through the main streets in the shape of two concentric squares and vertical lanes, a rich and diverse block experience is provided.

在丰富的自然资源及200年历史交织而成的土地上，我们将中国传统建筑五大派系（岭南, 川派，晋派，徽派，海派）风格元素进行移植、生长及传承，通过现代材料与传统技艺的碰撞，是在设计中解构古镇时光的重要线索。

In the land with rich natural resources and 200 years of history, we transplant, cultivate and inherit the elements of five traditional Chinese architectural styles (Lingnan, Sichuan, Shanxi, Anhui, Shanghai). The collision of modern materials and traditional techniques is an important clue to deconstruct the time of the ancient town in the design.

将各功能分区紧密地与城市功能有机结合，确定合理的土地开发强度，高效，高度集约的利用土地，是功能分区的设计线索。顺延场地方向，形成商业、商务与酒店功能复合型组团，各自既可独立成区又可联系形成规模。

Combining each functional zoning closely with urban functions, determining a reasonable land development intensity, and using land efficiently and intensively are the design clues for functional zoning. 沿城市道路展开商业建筑界面，扩大商业建筑的展示面，使建筑有更好的昭示性和识别性，让商业建筑迎合城市，创造时尚的商业氛围。

The commercial building interface is spread along the city road, and the display surface of commercial buildings is expanded, thereby enhancing the visibility and recognition of the buildings, catering to the city with commercial buildings, and creating a fashionable commercial atmosphere.

酒店立面建筑造型上采用现代风格的设计手法， 整栋建筑按功能划分为三个体块，体块与体块之间通过大面积玻璃划分。

接霞庄 · 和园建设即将启动，预计2025年3月竣工。作为广东最美古村落之一，斗门接霞庄已被列为2022年珠海市重点建设项目，我们希冀用设计的力量，让传统文化与现代文旅相互融合，将接霞庄 · 和园打造为珠海斗门旅游片区的新名片。

The construction of Jiexia Village · He Garden is about to start and is expected to be completed in March 2025. As one of the most beautiful ancient villages in Guangdong, Jiexia Village in Doumen Town has been listed as a key construction project in Zhuhai in 2022. With the power of design, we hope to integrate traditional culture and modern cultural tourism, and make Jiexia Village · He Garden a new business card for Doumen tourism area in Zhuhai.
