The new light catering brand from Koji will enter the public’s vision with a new fusion cuisine based on Koji’s characteristic tea. With the compound business model of "special tea drink + fusion light food + cocktail + social space", we spread Yue Di flavor, emphasize brand culture, advocate healthy food concept, and create unique dishes with the fusion thinking of Guanwei, emphasizing nature, health and purity.
本案落址于深圳万象前海外街商铺,处于人流交汇处。新店伫立于此,基于品牌独特、创新、自然和专业的内核,在这强烈的城市属性氛围之中,链接当下时代因子,共建城市角落生活圈,是设计的有为之处。
设计旨在空间外部轮廓采用大色块对比,“扩大”店铺界面,呈现视觉爆点,引发空间共鸣。
The case is located in the shop of Overseas Street, Vientiane, Shenzhen, in the intersection of people. The new store stands here, based on the brand’s unique, innovative, natural and professional core, in this strong urban attribute atmosphere, linking the current era factors, to build a corner of the city life circle, is the promising place of design.
The design aims to contrast the outer outline of the space with large color blocks, "expand" the store interface, present the visual explosion point, and trigger the space resonance.
引入“越风”的新潮艺术概念,在空间中重重叠加,将来访者引向豁然开朗的境界,融合自然、空间、美食等多功能业态,植入精致的体验感,为消费者提供一个自在松弛的空间场域。
多元化业态的新模式,让整个空间被绿色自然填满的同时,在城市树洞的彼端,遇见找到入口的你,从忙碌的现实中抽离片刻,尽意放松,找寻自我。
The introduction of the trendy art concept of "Yue wind" is superimposed in the space, leading visitors to the realm of openness, integrating nature, space, food and other multi-functional formats, implanting a delicate sense of experience, and providing consumers with a free and relaxed space field.
The new mode of diversified business forms allows the whole space to be filled with green nature at the same time, at the other end of the city tree hole, meet you who find the entrance, pull away from the busy reality for a moment, relax, and find yourself.
如同料理的香气,是独特而自然的,构成空间的材质也是如此。设计师结合空心砖、旧木头、夯土等自然的材质表达,用灵动、质朴、纯粹来传递空间情绪,衍生出生机与耐人寻味的意境,开启独特的餐饮体验。
Just as the aroma of cooking is unique and natural, so are the materials that make up the space. Designers combine hollow brick, old wood, rammed earth and other natural material expression, with smart, simple, pure to convey the space mood, derived vitality and intriguing artistic conception, open a unique dining experience.
我们依托场地形状,空间体块的错落与叠加,模糊室内与室外的界限,让内外空间相依相存。移步换景的效果以多处虚实结合的空间呈现来实现,不同的落座形式与场景营造在此完美融合,使空间拥有更多值得驻足的记忆点。空间入口处采用错落台阶层层递进,形成高差“创造风”。光影随着台阶在攀缘、游走,形成了独特的体感风貌。在探索空间的同时,又创新性地将各种情景交融,透过空间与人搭建情感共鸣。
We rely on the shape of the site, the placement and superposition of the space blocks, blurring the boundary between indoor and outdoor, so that the interior and exterior Spaces are interdependent.
The effect of moving and changing scenery is realized by the space presentation of multiple virtual and real combinations, and different seating forms and scenes are perfectly integrated here, so that the space has more memory points worth stopping. The entrance of the space adopts staggered steps to advance layer by layer, forming a height difference "creating wind".
Light and shadow with the steps in climbing, walking, forming a unique body feeling style. While exploring the space, it also innovatively blends various scenarios and builds emotional resonance with people through space.
沿街外摆落座区,是城市鲜活的印记,也是商业灵动的招牌,增加了空间与消费者的互动性,也给路人更好的即视感和参与感,带回城市的“人情味”。
The seating area outside the street is a fresh mark of the city and a smart sign of commerce, which increases the interaction between the space and consumers, gives passers-by a better sense of immediacy and participation, and brings back the "human touch" of the city.
⼈造⽽⾃然的空间,营造亲近的场域氛围,以⽭盾的共存传递自然食物哲学。摒弃繁复的装衬与修饰,探寻料理世界的内核,⽆⼭⽆⽔,却有风来。
当来访者游走穿梭于此,创造“风的形态”,停下是「驿站」,行走便是「向前」,风吹过我,气流变奏证明此刻我在场,奔向下一刻。
艺痴立足于城市的角度思考人与人社交中的空间需求,引领着消费者深入感受品牌的世界,助力品牌以空间链接消费者的心智,营造细腻多元的场域体验,多维激活人的参与与交流体验。
The artificial and natural space creates a close field atmosphere and transmits the natural food philosophy with contradictory coexistence. Abandon the complicated decoration and decoration, explore the core of the cooking world, there is no mountain and no water, but there is wind.
When the visitor walks through this, creating the "wind form", stopping is the "station", walking is the "forward", the wind blows through me, the airflow variations prove that I am present at this moment, running down the moment.
Based on the perspective of the city, the art fan thinks about the space needs of people in social interaction, leading consumers to deeply feel the world of the brand, helping the brand to link the mind of consumers with space, creating a delicate and diversified field experience, and activating people’s participation and communication experience in multiple dimensions.
