追求雅致静谧的建筑气质

追求淡泊宁静的水墨意涵

营造东方传统美学下的书香氛围

追求具有地域传统文化特质的现代校园建筑

4.技术难点：

西安最大的农民拆迁安置社区内的一所安置小学，如何摆脱千校一面、校园建筑日趋行政化的现实困扰，如何在造价严格控制的前提下，运用实用、朴素的建筑技术改变拆迁安置项目的粗糙感与廉价感。

5.技术创新：

1）校园空间的创新性：共享长廊打破了千篇一律的教学空间模式，空间灵活多变、多元共享。

2）学校建筑的独特性：建筑采用了黑白灰为主色调，追求宁静致远、清淡高雅的建筑意境。

3）久违的书香氛围：营造出不同尺度和感受的空间院落，建筑也大量采用了陶土砖、陶瓦、木构等原生态材料，而竹、槐等植物的配置也旨在营造东方传统美学下的书香氛围。

4）该项目获得2016年陕西省学校专项设计评选一等奖，2017年西安市最美校园评选第一名等多项荣誉。

3. Design concept:

Pursuing elegant and quiet architectural temperament Pursuing the meaning of indifference and tranquility Creating the atmosphere of book fragrance under the oriental traditional aesthetics The pursuit of modern campus architecture with the characteristics of regional traditional culture

4. Technical difficulties:

How to get rid of the reality of thousands of schools and campus buildings becoming more and more administrative, how to use practical and simple construction technology to change the roughness and cheapness of the relocation project under the premise of strict cost control.

5. Technological innovation:

1) Innovation of campus space: the sharing corridor breaks the stereotyped teaching space model, and the space is flexible and diverse.

2) The uniqueness of the school building: the building adopts black and white gray as the main color, and pursues a quiet and elegant architectural conception.

3) The long lost atmosphere of book fragrance: create a space courtyard with different scales and feelings. The building also uses a large number of raw ecological materials such as clay brick, ceramic tile and wood structure. The configuration of plants such as bamboo and Sophora is also intended to create the atmosphere of book fragrance under the traditional oriental aesthetics.

4) This project won the first prize of 2016 Shaanxi provincial school special design selection, the first prize of 2017 Xi'an most beautiful campus selection and many other honors.
