This story of success began almost four years ago when a local real estate company and us decided to take the risk and develop a proposal in this site with very good location. The buildable area was due for a small apartment building, but the need of terrace houses was strong. The houses are organized in white & dark-grey volumes moving in and out to get the maximum sun light for main spaces and the small garden. All five owners bought their homes on the plan and had the opportunity to change partitions and finishes during the process.
