The newly launched project "West Canal Residences" is set to become the first residential-only apartment building inside a gated community in the hub of Faisalabad. The aim of the project is provide its customers with all basic amenities, meeting their needs and budget.

Located at Situated at the West Canal Expressway, West Canal Residencies is present in an ideal central location. Found 10 minutes away from Chenab Club and Serena Hotel, and 15 minutes to FIEDMC along the motorway, it is surrounded by an immensely lively environment.

Although this structure has a classical design, it poses still as picturesque as any modern-day building design. This building in particular is an eight-story building in its rectangular glory. There is the main entrance arch that pays ode to the building designs of the past yet it matches perfectly with its surroundings.

The balconies are clad with an iron grill for safety purposes for the residents as well as for the residents to enjoy the view if they wish to do so from outside of their rooms.

Provided with a simple and green driveway, the entire look becomes complete. The beauty of this classical building is the symmetry in the building design which is quite appealing.

For Us, when it comes to exterior designing/ Visualization we focus on serenity. When we build, let us think that we build forever as the generations may go but the buildings will stand so they must speak of their time. For us Architecture is not based on concrete and steel, and the elements of the soil. It's based on wonder.

Our team did both the interior and exterior for the project. The essence of interior design for us was always about people and how they live. It is about the realities of what makes for an attractive, civilized, meaningful environment, not about fashion or what's in or what's out. Thereby we designed for comfort.
