This is something between a Power Center and a Shopping place, but not really, it is a special place, conceived more like a destination and a reunion site for family. Located in a far aeay neighborood in Mexico City suburbs where every service and shops are at a distance.

The Idea was to build a site with a wide range of options, to make it a meeting point with cafes, restaurants, yoga centers,  terraces, pet shops, and any kind of local stores, all in differnt levels living together in wide, open spaces interconnected with views and landscape.

For that reason, the second floor above the street level is supported by a scultorical concrete columns, allowing visibility to the rear end shops, and from the lower level below street, the sensation is that the users are in a park, not in a closed space.

The shoppers can sit down and relax, away from the street in a cosy place, just steps away from the road, and never coexist, with views to the sky and landscape
