序言PREFACE

本次案例位於廣州CBD珠江新城高密度小區，屋主是一對剛結婚不久的年輕夫妻，夫妻倆平時忙著事業，面對快節奏的工作和生活，他們希望家能回轻松松簡約，更是一個松弛情緒、回归自我的地方。

在保留基本入住需求之上，尽可能的將公共區域視覺釋放，梳理出流暢的家居動線，提升業主二人居家日常的陪伴與互動，同時達成他們理想中通透、自由、多元的空間状态。

This case is located in a high-density area of Zhujiang New Town, CBD, Guangzhou. The homeowners are a recently married young couple who are busy with their careers, and in the face of fast-paced work and life, they hope that their home can be returned to a relaxing and simple.

精裝房空間氛圍為較冰冷的現代輕奢風格，與屋主心中溫暖、松弛的生活路線大相徑庭。全屋沒有過度誇張的裝飾，啟用微水泥、洞石等簡潔元素，軟裝陳設也貫徹簡約理念引導出家居空間的自然溫馨感。

The ambience of the furnished house is a cold modern light luxury style, which is very different from the warm and loose life line in the homeowner’s mind.

客廳LivingRoom

自帶「下沈式」空間的客廳運用大量的原木材質，形成感官上的落差，營造出更有深度的空間層次感，引導出「柔和」的空間氣質，將白色墻面改換為清新的奶油色微水泥，再融合木色、米色沙發營造極簡但又不失溫度的空間氛圍。納入陽臺後客廳获得更開闊的空間感與充沛采光，更顯明亮寬敞。於客廳與陽臺間的橫梁，柔和弧度巧妙遮掩，削弱梁體的突兀感，從細節處，彰顯家的高級質感。

The living room with its own "submerged" space uses a large amount of raw wood to form a sensory difference, creating a deeper sense of spatial layers and leading to a "soft" spatial quality, replacing the white wall surface with fresh cream-colored micro-cement.

客廳是一個純粹無負擔的空間，墻頂一體均包裹以肌理感的藝術漆，軟裝陳設也以接近的米色系為主，觀感極簡，又不乏溫柔細膩。不需要累贅承重的家具陳設，四周均留出寬裕自由的動線，更為靈活的擺放鋪陳，給予獨處（辦公追劇）、與朋友聚會（聊天、下午茶）等多樣化使用模式。沒有傳統家具的笨重感，讓客廳获得極大的空間感，如度假屋一般讓人放松，大人們也可以自由無拘。

The living room is a pure and burden-free space, with the wall and ceiling wrapped in textured art paint, and the soft furnishings in close beige colors, for a minimalist look and feel that is not lacking in gentleness and subtlety.

原木飾面順延貫穿，浓郁木色向空間更深處蔓延開來，化零為整，鏤空設計成為背面空間的視覺紐帶，避免視覺疲勞。根據夫妻品位愛好，選擇去裝飾化，還原空間最純粹的體驗感。局部優化細節，幹凈利落的線條框架讓深邃感得到進一步延長。

下沈式客廳的沙發四周依階梯而靠，形成了兩個关联又有分隔的空間，增大客廳的活動空間。而且，通過變相增加層高的距離，使得客廳視覺上更為寬敞。樓梯不僅承載建築結構的藝術美學，還肩負家居空間的起承轉合，上下兩個空間加入一階素色踏步進行過渡，樓梯層次更分明，隨著踏步內嵌燈帶溫馨感由下至上。

有別於傳統的無主燈設計，以屋主的活動為中心，滿足不同場景切換，更多的是利用燈帶對應的照明氛圍感。通過隱藏燈帶烘托出相對私密的高級感氛圍，功能與調性都在此被重新賦予全新的沈浸式狀態。

Through the hidden light strips to create a relatively private and high-class atmosphere, the function and tone of the room are given a new immersive state.

精客廳與玄關、餐廚都交互連接，空間因此擯棄沙發靠墻的傳統布局，精簡家具陳設，回歸純粹極簡，最大讓渡出活動空間，屋主可自由從事各項娛樂活動或是前往不同功能區處理家務。樓梯嵌入卡座沙發將四面不同的功能區域整合為一体，呈現出一條自由流動的洄遊動線，獨屬於空間的「生活方式化」應運而生。

The living room is interactively connected with the entrance and the dining kitchen, so the space abandons the traditional layout of sofas against the wall, streamlines the furniture display, returns to pure simplicity.

摆件展示區域豐富層次與感知，右邊獨立封閉空間完整收納，左邊為開放書櫃，讓喜歡閱讀的屋主，從此擁有了私人讀書角，在家就可以享受沈浸式閱讀的快樂。同時還可放置掛畫、書籍等裝飾物件，形成獨屬於屋主的生活趣味端景。

The display area is rich in layers and perceptions, the right side is an independent closed space for complete storage, and the left side is an open bookcase.

「家」對於夫妻二人有著絕對之上的重要，得到更充裕的面積後，日常生活中的互動、陪伴大部分時間都紧邻于窗前，徹底將外部風景私有化。豎百葉則過滤掉強烈的自然光線，將內部渲染成為一個松弛、和緩的愜意空間。

"The ’home’ is of paramount importance to the couple, and with more space, the interaction and companionship of daily life is mostly adjacent to the window, completely privatizing the view from outside.

餐廳DiningRoom

餐廚一體開放，實現了光線與空間的共享，無論是屋主二人用餐還是款待二三好友，都可應對從容。通過對功能區域的重新規劃，將餐廳與過道的隔墻拆除，與廚房進行整合，為兩個空間引入豐沛充裕的自然光線。餐廳的回形圓弧吊頂最大保留了層高的同時，也弱化了直線條的生硬感，令空間多了幾分溫柔的味道。

The dining room and kitchen are open as a whole, realizing the sharing of light and space, so that the homeowners can cope with both dining and entertaining two or three friends with ease.

餐廳不僅是承載了一日三餐，也是享受下午茶和辦公閱讀的居心之所。最大化釋放空間，並與功能進行融合，將餐廳由外部移至於擴充面積後的廚房內，形成連貫的烹飪用餐一體模式。櫥櫃是選用極簡中帶有骨骼線元素的櫃體，復古味道的原木顏色，整體呈現出了高級質感。關於這種櫃子的開合方式，它可以是骨

骼線為門扶手，也可以是裏面那一層按壓式彈開的開合方式，不論這兩樣都不會影響到整體的外觀和實用。

The ambience of the furnished house is a cold modern light luxury style, which is very different from the warm and loose life line in the homeowner’s mind. The whole house is designed to be a place for family gathering and entertainment, where the homeowner can relax and enjoy the slow pace of life with his family. The dining room is not only a place for three meals a day, but also a place for family gathering and communication.

洞石餐桌天然的质感显得温柔自然，桌腿与餐椅保留木纹的温润，视觉上也显得更加高级，能让用餐环境舒缓雅致，出家居空间的自然温馨感。

The natural texture of the travertine dining table appears gentle and natural, the table legs and dining chairs retain the warmth of the wood grain.

廚房Kitchen

廚房內外達成一種自然松弛的平衡，成功實現備菜、烹煮與儲物區的分離，布局合理，有條不紊，屋主可安心大展廚藝。

The kitchen has a natural and relaxed balance between inside and outside, successfully separating the preparation, cooking and storage areas.

將公衛洗手臺外置並延伸到餐廳的操作台面，悬浮設計空間獲得更加通透的呼吸感，餐廚空間與客廳的采光互通，提升兩個空間的通透感。

The public bathroom sink external and extended to the dining room countertop, suspended design space to obtain a more permeable sense of breathing.

玄关Entryway

原始精裝房入戶通道狹窄，缺乏收納功能，拆除餐廳與過道的墻體，置入儲物櫃、掛衣區、換鞋凳等完善玄關的收納體系，歸家的一應收納需求也得以滿足。與餐廳呼應的原木色櫃體，呈現出統一、輕盈，富有溫度的視覺效果，讓開門回家變成一件充滿治愈意味的日常。

The original refined room has a narrow entry channel and lacks storage function. Removing the wall of the dining room and the passageway, the storage cabinet, hanging clothes area and shoe bench are put in to perfect the storage system of the entrance.

玄關與客廳交界處是綠植景觀，居於公區樞紐的位置，原有封閉格局被打破，閉塞感一掃而空，更多鮮活氣息植入到新家裏。消除玄關狹長的消極感，歸家的情緒，是踏實舒適的。

The junction of the entrance and living room is a green landscape, located in the hub of the public area, the original pattern of closure is broken, the sense of closure is swept away.

卧室Bedroom

主臥背景墻啟用半墻造型，並輔以弧度內收，不再是生硬的轉角，延伸出來的空間形成包裹感。溫潤木色在主臥鋪陳開來，令人心生柔軟，線條細膩，展示出豐富的床頭視覺層次。小巧的中古風矮凳取代床頭櫃，釋放寬裕床頭空間，圓潤的玻璃球壁燈，則負責起夜照明。

The background wall of the master bedroom is modeled as a half wall, with curved inward curves, no longer a hard corner, and the extended space creates a sense of wrapping.

主臥追求零壓的入眠氛圍，墻頂一體的微水泥色，至簡無負擔，松軟的奶油軟包床足以包容一切疲憊，床尾大面留白，可作為投影幕布使用。

The background wall of the master bedroom is modeled as a half wall, with curved inwards, no longer a hard corner, and the extended space creates a sense of wrapping. Warm wood color is spread out in the master bedroom, making people feel soft.

主臥動線在轉角處，分出兩條支線，一條轉入主衛與起居室，一條則通往深處睡眠區，兩條支線並行不悖，成為一間不折不扣的舒適套房，整體提升了屋主的居住體驗。

At the corner of the master bedroom, the line of motion splits into two branches, one into the master bathroom and living room, and the other to the deep sleeping area.

主衛與睡眠區之間是帶有磨砂效果的通電玻璃，不通電見光不見影的朦朧效果，透光不透人，通電時是玻璃效果，增加了主臥與主衛的光線互通，營造隔而不斷的視覺互動感。

In the corner of the master bedroom, there are two branches, one to the master bathroom and living room, and one to the deep sleeping area. The two branches run in parallel and become a comfortable suite.

原始平面圖：❶ 原始戶型動線不夠流暢，各空間封閉獨立，有失大氣開闊；

❷ 沒有獨立玄關，儲物功能配置也有所欠缺，過道狹長昏暗；

❸ 原廚房較狹長且局促，距離客餐廳動線較長；

❹ 如何更好地利用自帶的「下沈式」客廳？

- Original floor plan:❶The original floor plan is not smooth enough, each space is closed and independent, and it is not grand and open;

❷There is no independent entrance, the storage function configuration is also lacking, and the corridor is narrow and dark;

❸The original kitchen is narrow and confined, with a longer line from the dining room;

❹How to make better use of the self-contained "sink type" living room?

改造後平面圖：❶ 陽臺納入室內，擴充客廳整體面積，大面積落地窗將室內外的風光更好引入，利用高低差嵌入沙發卡座，讓視線不受阻擋；

❷ 打通原餐廳與過道之間的隔墻，置入廚房做成餐廚一體的開放式布局，同時增設玄關，令整個公區通透敞亮，生活動線更合理；

❸ 衛生間外置改變門洞位置，構建寬裕的幹濕分離格局，將一間臥室改造為集工作、閱讀、臨時客房等功能為一體的多功能房；

❹ 借用主臥部分空間，僅保留足夠的睡眠空間，構成更寬敞的主衛套間，原廚房改為滿墻衣櫃的衣帽間，使動線更加合理；

❺ 全空間定製儲物櫃體，統一視覺，全方面優化存儲需求

Floor plan after remodeling:The balcony is incorporated into the room, expanding the overall area of the living room, the large floor-to-ceiling windows will bring in the indoor and outdoor wind and light.

Open up the wall between the original dining room and the corridor, put in the kitchen to make an open layout of dining and kitchen.

The sanitary room is placed outside to change the location of the doorway,and transforming a bedroom into a multifunctional room integrating the functions of work.

Borrowing part of the space of the master bedroom, only retaining enough sleeping space, constituting a more spacious master bathroom suite.

Customized storage cabinets for the whole space, unified vision, and optimized storage needs in all aspects.
