万科古翠隐秀位于温州鹿城区吕浦与中央绿轴板块的交界处，这里是面临“再城市化”，成为城市新封面的老城区。万科携手ENJOYDESIGN，在此造就一方清新逸远的所在，有自然的情思与隽美，也不乏当代的艺术与活力。

Vanke gucui yinxiu is located at the junction of lupu and the central green axis plate in lucheng district of wenzhou, which is the old city facing "re-urbanization" and becoming the new cover of the city. Vanke, together with ENJOYDESIGN, has created a pure and fresh place with natural feeling and beauty, as well as contemporary art and vitality.

4米高的景墙塑起建筑的入口礼序，高耸的乔木挺拔俊俏，静水倒映着蔚蓝的天，风拂过便荡开一圈圈的涟漪。这里的建筑、景观及至室内，均是当代简雅的视像表现，正如“古翠隐秀”的名字一般，隐于闹市，自然灵秀。

The 4-meter-high scenic wall shapes the entrance sequence of the building. Towering trees stand tall and handsome. Still water reflects the blue sky. Here, the architecture, landscape and interior, are contemporary simple and elegant visual performance, as the name of "ancient cui hidden show" general, hidden in the downtown, natural and elegant.

沿着水边小径进入，入口处的艺术装置，源于古翠隐秀logo的创意延展，设计提取其中的线性元素，加以重新组合与变化，以强烈生动的雕塑形态予以充满新意的示现，寓意生活与艺术的更多可能。

Entering along the waterside path, the art installation at the entrance is originated from the creative extension of the logo of gucui yinxiu. The design extracts the linear elements, recombines and changes them, and presents them with a strong and vivid sculptural form full of new ideas, implying more possibilities of life and art.

前厅

挑高的前厅空间中，设计以建筑性语汇将天花体块化，形成错开堆宕的视效，营造空间的氛围与尺度，在稳静中凝有深邃之感。

In the space of the front hall with high height, the design blocks the sky with architectural vocabulary, forms the visual effect of stagger pile, creates the atmosphere and scale of the space, and has profound feeling in the stable and static.

“林深则鹿来，相传温州筑城之时，有白鹿衔花而过，故又名鹿城。因而我们在设计中融入’鹿’这一人文元素，将空间故事绘制成纯粹且美好的模样，照入人心。”暖灯一盏，鹿雕谐趣，琥珀与木构相衬，木色前台与纯白长凳以平与曲的线条互映，室内宛若“无饰”，任由这藏而不露的含蓄、由境而生的灵动调和出空间情调与意韵。

"Lin shen is the deer to wenzhou, it is said that when the city, there is a white deer title flower and pass, so it is also named lucheng. Therefore, we integrated the human element of ’deer’ into the design, and painted the space story into a pure and beautiful image, which is reflected in the hearts of people. Warm lamp 1, deer carve humorous, amber and woodwork photograph line, woodcolor foreground and pure white bench mirror each other with the line of flat and qu, indoor like "have no act the role ofing", let this hide and do not show implicit, by the clever and clever that the circumstance and living harmonize gives dimensional emotional appeal and implication."

窗旁的彩色金属吊帘过滤着穿透入室的光线，洒落一地光斑点点，光影的构成为空间营造更为静美的意涵。如绸缎般的“木丝带”，其流线型的线条中和了空间的硬朗，在这方隐秀之地中似是精神指引的存在，指向自然之高远，内心的柔软。

△洽谈区

设计将沙盘区、洽谈区、水吧区并置于近35x9米的狭长型空间中，其硬软装上无过多杂色与线条组合，而是以简雅的视像打造一处可观、可行、可触的洽谈空间。

The design will be sand table area, negotiation area, water bar area and placed in the nearly 35x9 meters of long and narrow space, its hard and soft installation without too much noise and line combination, but with the simple and elegant video to create a considerable, feasible, touchable negotiation space.

天花以交错的体块构造，令空间视效在简单中有层序感。软装的配色将自然的肌理简约化、艺术化、抽象化地植入，霭橙、灰蓝、浅卡其、乳白……色调如薄暮下的林野般温暖、闲适与恬静，同时亦极具昂昂生机与灵动美。

The ceiling is constructed by a staggered block, so that the spatial visual effect has a sense of sequence in the simple. The match color of soft outfit will natural texture is contracted, artistic, abstract ground is implanted, mist orange, gray blue, shallow khaki, milky white... The colors are warm, leisurely and tranquil as the forest under the dusk, but also full of vitality and smart beauty.

△水吧区

水吧区的灯饰颇有艺术感，将软化后的有机玻璃悬挂在铝管灯带上，光线透过其上营构的形影与色彩，像湖镜上倒映的月夜般清凉。其后的挂画与背景墙融为一体，由渐变而温暖的画面，丰盈空间情调。

△VIP室

圆弧形沙发植绒面料带来的柔软，中和大理石桌几的硬朗；软装上色彩与肌理的纯粹性与经典表现，围合出空间端雅大气之感。

The softness brought by the flocking fabric of the circular sofa neutralizes the hardness of the marble table; Soft decoration color and texture of the pure and classic performance, enclosing a space elegant atmosphere.
