追求平衡适度而经久不渝，是古来文人雅士自勉的中庸精神。沉稳超脱的自然力量，贯穿时空发展成永恒的秩序关系，如同细水流长般唯美恒久。

The pursuit of balance, moderation and unswerving is the spirit of the mean encouraged by the literati in ancient times. Calm and detached natural force, through time and space to develop into an eternal relationship of order, as long as a thin stream of beautiful lasting.

于华润北京海淀幸福里售楼处，水相设计希望将‘温良恭俭谦’的五德贯穿于整个设计中，演绎低调谦逊的建筑气质，从空间挖掘温和却强大的艺术精神。

In the sales office of China Resources Beijing Haidian Linghingli, Water Design hopes to integrate the five virtues of ’gentle, courteous, frugal and modest’ into the whole design, to demonstrate the low-key and modest architectural temperament, and to explore the gentle but powerful artistic spirit from the space.

温润相融，沉静平衡

Warm and moist, calm and balanced

建筑采用悠长蜿蜒的弧形动线，环绕着户外庭园而展开，室内廊道如同一幅静静摊开如待阅的长卷。设计师援引中式建筑中轴对称、一进一院铺陈典雅庄重的手法，在优雅舒展的现代空间中巧妙营造自然景致，达至移步异景的意境。

The building uses long winding arc-shaped lines, which are spread out around the outdoor garden, and the indoor corridor is like a long scroll quietly spread out to be read. Designers invoke the axisymmetric and elegant and solemn techniques in Chinese architecture, and skillfully create natural scenery in the elegant and stretched modern space, reaching the artistic conception of different scenery.

穿过园林的长桥与阵列廊柱，如艺廊观画的角隅，抑或感受天光润和的圆形穹顶。于方寸之间，将东方哲学与传统建筑的安定情绪，循序渐进地渗透在平稳的秩序中，呈现出中庸和谐的文化底蕴。

Through the long bridge and array of columns in the garden, such as the corner of the art gallery to view the paintings, or the circular dome to feel the brightness of the sky. In the small space, Oriental philosophy and traditional architecture of the calm mood, step by step into the smooth order, showing the cultural heritage of the mean and harmony.

恭敬有仪，和谐秩序

无他无我、无悲无喜，平凡事物却隐喻着对生命的敬畏，建构不动声色的力量。中式建筑一进一院的布局，创造出极简空间纯粹的静穆感，仿佛可见北京古城对称恢宏的气势。

No other, no self, no sorrow, no joy, ordinary things are a metaphor for the fear of life, the construction of silent power. The layout of Chinese architecture into a courtyard, creating a minimalist space pure quiet sense, as if you can see the ancient city of Beijing symmetrical grand momentum.

设计师以整齐对称的铺陈开放及内敛的矩阵变化，在端景与轴线的转折幻移间营造出沉稳的节奏，让人放下自我、省思内敛，沉浸于建筑内在恰如其分的平衡稳定。

The designer lays out the open and introverted matrix changes neatly and symmetrically, creating a steady rhythm between the turning and shifting of the endview and the axis, making people put down their ego, reflect on introverted, and immerse themselves in the proper balance and stability inside the building.

在微小处创造线条结构的精致变化，墙体转角向内切割直角收口，又于凿面内角嵌进金属细棒丰富立面层次。

The exquisite change of line structure is created at a small point. The corner of the wall is cut inward at a right angle and the inner corner of the chisel face is embedded with fine metal rods to enrich the facade level.

纯粹自然，以光涤尘

Pure and natural, clean dust with light

美是一首朦胧的散文诗。设计师以“意境取向、简朴取向、自然取向”为设计精神，整体布局遵循张弛有度的原则，同时强化自然光线于空间的情绪表达。于动，可导读路径方向与物的本质；于静，聚集凝望的纯粹力量，使人浸润于平和不偏的精神状态，放下外在纷扰，抵至心灵治愈。

Beauty is a vague prose poem. The designer takes "artistic conception orientation, simple orientation and natural orientation" as the design spirit. The overall layout follows the principle of relaxation and relaxation, while strengthening the emotional expression of natural light in the space. In motion, can guide the direction of the path and the nature of things; In the quiet, gather the pure power of gazing, make people soak in the peaceful and unbiased mental state, put down the external troubles, reach the spiritual healing.

在游园的中轴上，设计师特意设计了一处柱列环绕的圆形空间，在中心点的穹顶打开漏斗形天窗，当日光由上温柔洒下，对比周围低吟的空间高度，创造一种纯净的空灵，给人自然笼罩神圣与心安。

On the central axis of the garden, the designer specially designed a circular space surrounded by columns. A funnel-shaped skylight is opened on the dome at the central point. When the sunlight is gently sprinkled from above, it creates a kind of pure ethereal space by contrast with the height of the surrounding space, which gives people a divine and peace of mind in nature.

节制有度，谦和自然

Be temperate, modest and natural

呼应室内文人内敛的低调诗意，设计师皆选择质朴、带时光痕迹的本色素材界定调性。实木的厚实质地如沉克龙生漆艺术的自然印染，就连石材自然乱纹也像极了铜瓷工艺的锔子路径，龟裂斑驳烘托出幽远的氛围，处处演绎着欲纳于言、谦逊谨慎的节制与简约。

Echoing the low-key poetry of indoor literati, designers all choose plain and time-imprinted raw materials to define tonality. The thick texture of the solid wood is like the natural printing and dyeing of the art of Shen Kelong raw lacquer, and even the natural grain of the stone is like the 锔子 path of the copper porcelain craft. The cracks and motles contrast a remote atmosphere, which is always interpreting the restraint and simplicity of humility and prudence.

书院形式的洽谈区，借藏书册列装饰性的矩阵系统于字里行间编排平衡韵律。放眼望去，每个端景又藏着更微观的秩序景致。

A meeting area in the form of a college, with a decorative matrix system in the book collection, provides a balanced rhythm between the lines. Scan broadly, each end of the scene and hidden more microscopic order scenery.

发自内心的谦逊低调除了表现在选物审美，也有珍视自然、敬慎四季的人文目光。

海淀在著名的「燕京八景」中坐拥西山晴雪、蓟门烟树等景致，享有四季带来大地分明的变幻，设计师为此设计各种大尺度开窗、退缩室内场域的界线，让园林、季节色泽自然荡漾入内，让阳光照拂、观雨露来去，在低限度纯粹空间感受比历史更真实的自然。
