京杭大运河作为我国历史上最负盛名的交通枢纽，千百年来影响着沿岸人民生活的方方面面。对杭州而言，运河有着特殊的地位。它不仅孕育了人才辈出的杭州人民，更承载着整个中华民族国泰民安的梦想。运河周边的河畔茶楼、书屋、各类商铺，处处透出大运河深厚的文化底蕴。

As the most famous transportation hub in China’s history, the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal has influenced people’s life along the coast for thousands of years. For Hangzhou, the canal holds a special place. It not only nurtures Hangzhou’s talented people, but also carries the dream of the whole Chinese nation. The riverside tea houses, book houses and various shops around the canal reveal the profound cultural deposits of the grand canal.

京杭府生活馆位于杭州市余杭区城北重贤新城，西临京杭大运河，南临运河新城。因其特殊的地理位置和历史文化影响，我们设计的理念为以水为脉，来诠释运河的三重境界——立、守、得。

Beijing and hangzhou hall of life is located in yuhang district of hangzhou city, chongxian new city in the north, Beijing and hangzhou grand canal in the west and canal new city in the south. Due to its special geographical location and historical and cultural influence, the concept of our design is to take water as the vein to interpret the canal’s three realms -- standing, defending and gaining.

第一重境——立

西承运河云物倶鲜

承古启今立于千秋

城无水不活。水者何也？万物之本源，诸生之生命。水穿于地，腾于空，奔于山，历经种种，滋养万物，孕育慰藉深厚的文化。杭州因运河水系形成枕河而居的传统居住方式，小桥流水人家的沿河城市面貌让人印象深刻。当我们置身于京杭府中时，也会有同样的感觉，水无声无息，却又无处不在。

Inherit the past and the present

The city cannot live without water. What is water? The origin of all things, all lives. Water penetrates the earth, rises in the air, runs in the mountain, after various kinds, nourishes all things, nurtures the consolation profound culture. Due to the canal system, hangzhou is a traditional way of living where people live along the river. When we are in Beijing and hangzhou, we will have the same feeling, water is silent, but everywhere.

白日喧哗，落地成埃。洽谈区的总体布局对称均衡，端正稳健，而在装饰细节上崇尚自然情趣又极具现代风格，营造出了舒适怡然的空间氛围。

Day noise, landing into angstrom. The overall layout of the negotiation area is symmetrical and balanced, correct and steady, while advocating natural taste and modern style in decoration details, creating a comfortable and pleasant space atmosphere.

第二重境——守

山水之怡林泉之致

守本固源脉络传承

这个项目运用的主材元素有：白色外墙建筑涂料、古典图样纹板、金属框架、落地横窗等。白墙黛瓦，青石板巷的运用将传统文化元素与现代手法有机结合，从而实现室内和室外的园林景观特色交互，既体现了地域特色又形成了配置优化的院落式建筑。通过空间层次的逐级进入，层层深入的院落生活体验，运用东方中式的迂回转乘，呈现出隐逸生动的生活哲学。

The main material elements used in this project are: white exterior building paint, classical pattern plate, metal frame, floor-to-ceiling window and so on. The use of white walls, black tiles and green SLATE alley organically combines traditional cultural elements with modern techniques, so as to realize the interaction of indoor and outdoor garden landscape features, which not only reflects the regional characteristics, but also forms a courtyard architecture with optimized configuration. Through the gradual entry of the spatial level, the courtyard life experience has been deeply penetrated layer by layer, and the use of Oriental Chinese twists and turns presents a vivid life philosophy of seclusion.

第三重境——得运河之得•文化之得•人心之得

细数京杭大运河流传下来的文化遗产：桥梁文化、舟船文化等不胜枚举。借由运河文化带给杭州的多重影响，我们在设计上多处采用了古代山水画的元素，引景入室，从而达到景中有景，境中有境，天人合一的境界，同时也在重新定义人与自然之间的关系，人与人以及人与自己之间的关系。

The canal, the culture, and the people

Detailed list of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal handed down the cultural heritage: bridge culture, boat culture and so on countless. Through the canal culture to bring multiple influences to Hangzhou, we have adopted the elements of ancient landscape painting in many places in the design, to lead the scene into the room, so as to achieve the scene in the scene, the environment in the environment, the unity of heaven and man, but also in the definition of the relationship between man and nature, between man and man, and between man and himself.
