Gönye Project Design has been involved in the decoration of the sales office, plan solutions for different apartment types, and interior design of two sample apartments within the scope of the Limonlu Bahçe project.

The apartments have a spacious design that focuses on individual spaces, which have become indispensable in daily life, especially with the pandemic, and can meet all the needs and expectations of the users. In the design of the apartments, the interior design areas were kept in the same material and language, providing ease and speed in manufacturing and minimizing production waste. In material choices and product details, long-lasting and timeless designs that can facilitate multiple manufacturing have been prepared.

The concept of the 4+1 sample apartment is designed under the concept of "maturity". Large windows opening to the terrace integrated with nature bring light and spaciousness to all living spaces. Peace and quality are combined with nature-inspired colors in spaces that display nature as a pastoral painting. While the seating areas are designed to accommodate large families, eye-catching and impressive corners are created. While the perception of depth is increased with mirrors, hidden lights are used to emphasize these areas. The preferred artworks include complementary, abstract works that do not compete with the landscape. Items of Furniture are specially manufactured and special texture and color layers are used to achieve simplicity as well as quality and comfortable details.

Inspired by children's imagination and creativity, children's rooms are designed for different age groups. The colors and materials used in children's rooms consist of useful, fun, and stylish details that speak the same language as the whole house. Concepts referring to nature and the universe formed the basis of the designs.
