Client
Married Couple with two daughters
Goal
To create a comfortable living space for a family of 4
Solution
A change in layout allowed to move some walls to maximize the living space of the rooms and minimize useless corridors. Thus, a double bedroom apartment became a three bedroom featuring double bathroom (master and guest), separate enclosed kitchen, a living room and 3 bedrooms (master and 2 kids bedrooms). Each family member has its own wardrobe, and the entrance hall has a large utility closet for season attire and various utilities.
Project Specifications
Special attention was devoted to natural materials in furniture and textile. The colour basis was set by a walls’ neutral coloring (grey, blue, calm pink) with a hue of green and turquoise. A unique feature of the apartment is set by coal-black (anthracite) jambs and baseboards. It allows to create a single flowing line throughout the entire apartment.
