真正长沙人做出来的餐饮，透着一股吃得苦、耐得烦、霸得蛮的精神，随心也随性，不趋炎附势。不会因为在长沙，在繁华的坡子街，我们就不假思索的去用趋同的市井文化和长沙美食文化去拼凑空间。

The food prepared by the Changsha people really shows a spirit of hardship, patience, and bully, and it is free to be inflamed. It is not because we are in Changsha, in the prosperous Pozi Street, we do not think about converging the space with the converging market culture and Changsha food culture.

哇鳝，地处长沙12点也能人山人海的位置，它被两条不同主题酒吧街包围着，而且所处商场同层和上两层分别是酒吧与ktv.就是这样的环境，希望这个空间的存在，能将室内与室外环境共融通。如前戏般娓娓道来。

WA SHAN,it's located in Changsha at 12 o'clock, it is surrounded

我们并没有刻意去还原一处街景情境，也没有霸蛮去增加一些物件去描述什么，而是从材料与灯光布局下手，餐厅主题息息相关的一些老物件被灵活的运用起来，长长的鱼篓、一口大水缸，鱼塘边的钢架，老的造型，新的组合应用，是一种意想不到却又再念想当中的一种情绪，是长沙人对过去，对美食的一种含蓄的表达，又是一种豪气的大声吆喝。

We did not deliberately restore a street scene, nor did we add some objects to describe what we did. Instead, we started with materials and lighting layouts. Some old objects that are closely related to the theme of the restaurant were flexibly used. Long fish baskets. A big water tank, a steel frame next to a fish pond, an old shape, and a new combination of applications are an unexpected but reminiscent emotion. It is the implicitness of Changsha people's past and food. The expression is another kind of brave shouting.

即便坐很近都会对着彼此有一种若即若离的感受，你坐在我的身边了，却又带着一丝犹豫,话到嘴边却又戛然而止，眼神相交之时却又要躲闪回避。

明似暗，周围不是很亮，却也没有暗角，每个地方都有那么丝丝游离的光线，配合着金色的座椅，金色的脚手架，透明的桌面，沁着一丝坚定的同时，却又营造着一份既朦胧又暧昧的氛围体验，有一种似破却又未出头的欲望在内心挣扎。

Everywhere there is such a light of free light, with golden seats, golden scaffolds, transparent tabletops, and a little firmness , But also created a hazy and ambiguous atmosphere experience, there is a seemingly broken but unpredictable desire to struggle in the heart.
