这是由Marques Franco Arquitectos设计的葡萄牙银行集团（CA）信贷中心。设计银行是一件微妙的事。一方面作为掌管我们金钱的机构，它需要强调其通透性和可达性，而另一方面它又需要保证其安全性和稳健性。建筑的外观设计正是考虑这些，首层是通透的，从街道上可见度高，顶层则少开窗，多固体墙壁。

一个现代化的银行的需求时刻都在变，是集中化还是非集中化一直在变换，数码时代带来并延续了不同管理模式的可能，影响着空间使用的结果。通过这种方式，该设计将以自由布局为主，并使用了模块化的家具，加强其灵活性。建筑首层是顾客柜台服务设施和艺术画廊空间，二层保证了隐私性，而三层完全开放，自由摆放桌子，最顶层设有100席的礼堂兼接待室。

Designing a bank is always a delicate affair. On the one hand it is important to highlight the transparency and accessibility necessary to an institution that holds our money. On the other hand, it is always necessary to ensure a sense of security and robustness. The exterior of the building looks for that, the ground floor is transparent, easy to see through and access, the upper floors have less fenestrations and more solid construction.

The needs of a modern bank are constantly changing, centralisation and decentralisation processes happen quickly and the digital age has brought and continues to bring different modes of management; all this has consequences for the use of space. In this way, the plans tend to be free and the modular furniture allows this flexibility.

The ground floor focuses on making the counter services to customers and generate space for the art gallery; the first floor is compartmentalised to ensure compliance of privacy and the second is a total open space with desks scattered freely, the top floor allows the construction of an auditorium with a reception room for 100 guests.
