Eager to bring about its diversity and at the same time create an escape from the bustling urban reality of New York City, Sixty Water Street impresses with its glass elements and unique character which hides a discreet liveliness and movement. It’s distinct setback in three stages, ensures its smooth integration into the urban fabric, leaving the sunlight to flow unhindered into the interior. The gradual built up of the building in three levels contributes greatly to the sustainable design by creating terrace parks, thus fulfilling architect’s concept of harnessing the spectacular view of Brooklyn Bridge as the sun dives into the skyline.
