Architectural Studio “ Lugerin Architects”designed this 160 sq. m. apartment located in the Carnegie Center Skyscraper on Klovsky Descent in Kyiv.
The apartment features large windows with panoramic views of the central part of Kiev. To compliment the already familiar open-plan space between the kitchen, living room and dining room, and the panoramic views, the armchair from legendary Le Corbusier gives the comfort needed for the enjoyment of this particular space.
The apartment’s private area includes a bedroom with a private restroom and a walk-in closet. Also in this area are located the apartment’s laundry room and guest restroom.
It is worth mentioning that almost all furniture pieces and some of the lighting fixtures for this project were custom designed by “Lugerin Architects” Studio.
