项目面积：120㎡

此案在位于浙江省嘉兴市，秀湖边上的一套景观套房、房屋面积约120㎡，三室两厅，房主是一位80后青年，需求是一房一厅一卫的独居房。

This case is located in Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province, a set of landscape suites on the edge of Xiuhu Lake, a house area of about 120 square meters, three bedrooms and two halls, the owner is a post-80s youth, the demand is a one-bedroom, one-living room and one bathroom.

整个空间的动线流畅，分割出了两个区域，一个静、一个动，分别为公共空间和起居空间

The moving line of the whole space is smooth, dividing into two areas, one static and one moving, which are public space and living space

案例分析

CASE STUDIES

整体的空间为黑白灰调性，拉满整个空间的极简性。灰色烤漆的饰面，极致的简约，给空间干净明亮。

The overall space is black and white gray tone, which fills the minimalism of the entire space. The gray lacquered finish, the ultimate simplicity, gives the space clean and bright.

树立在公共空间的两根柱子，可以说是突兀的，也可以说是整个空间的点睛之笔，它的出现，让本该是一个死板的空间的出现了一个大的转变，让空间更富张力，不同材质的碰撞，也增加了整个空间的纹理，给空间增加了层次感。

The two pillars that set up the public space can be said to be abrupt, or it can be said to be the finishing touch of the entire space, its appearance, so that what should be a rigid space has a big change, so that the space is more tense, the collision of different materials, but also increases the texture of the entire space, adding a sense of layering to the space.

厨房餐桌，点、线、面的结合，干净利索，线条的流畅带动了空间韵律

The kitchen table, the combination of points, lines and surfaces, clean and sharp, the smoothness of the lines drives the rhythm of the space

卧室以灰色为主基调，采用明暗不同的拼接手法，拉开空间的层次，更有力量感。木地板的搭配，舒缓空间的硬度。

The bedroom is based on gray, using different stitching techniques of light and shade, opening up the layers of space and having a greater sense of power. The combination of wooden floors soothes the hardness of the space.

卫生间也采用灰色系组合搭配，台面纹路大理石，增添空间的精致感。两面竖镜拉伸了空间的纵深感，使空间更加通透。

The bathroom is also a combination of gray and marble countertops, adding a sense of sophistication to the space. The two vertical mirrors stretch the depth of the space, making the space more transparent.

浴缸背景墙采用马赛克砖铺贴，避免让空间看起来过分单调。增添了空间的精致感，成为空间的亮点。

The bathtub background wall is paved with mosaic tiles to avoid making the space look too monotonous. It adds to the sophistication of the space and becomes the highlight of the space.
