Stair treads are Italian marble.
Bottles of perfume fill niches in the bronze screen bordering the new staircase.
The same bronze screens encase the stairway.

the mezzanine lounge, furnished with a Roberto Giulio Rida coffee table, Paolo Buffa chairs from the ’40’s, and a custom sofa. Rugs throughout are custom silk-wool.
Doors repurposed from the Bulgari shop that was inside the Pierre Hotel during the ’60’s close off the mezzanine’s VIP room.
In a sitting area, the custom chairs and sofa were inspired by those by Osvaldo Borsani from the 1950’s.
