花园层/ Garden floor

富一层空间成为这个家庭的枢纽，健身区、餐厅、厨房等空间被客厅连接贯穿，动线流畅，呈现出一种流动的美学体验。用金属与玻璃元素来贯穿走廊，营造出一名琳琅满目之感，在视觉上很有张力，大面积落地窗能将更多的自然光引入到室内，带来更好的光感，让室内的各种布艺和石材显现出更加强烈的质感，加上各种摆件和装饰衬托出高雅艺术氛围。

The rich first floor space has become the hub of the family. The fitness area, restaurant, kitchen and other spaces are connected and penetrated by the living room. The moving line is smooth, showing a flowing aesthetic experience. Metal and glass elements are used to run through the corridor to create a dazzling sense of beauty, which is very tension in vision. Large area floor to ceiling windows can introduce more natural light into the interior, bring better light feeling, make all kinds of indoor fabrics and stones show a stronger texture, and set off an elegant artistic atmosphere with all kinds of ornaments and decorations.

去除界限的绝对限制，将空间打开，地下空间的休闲与娱乐的细分功能满满的合理性，空间资源的扩大也产生了更多格局关系。这里是家庭氛围最浓重的地方，承载着娱乐、水吧、休闲、健身等多方面的功能，一家人可以在这里更好的休闲和享受，体验美好生活。

Remove the absolute limit of the boundary, open the space, the subdivision function of leisure and entertainment in the underground space is full of rationality, and the expansion of space resources also produces more pattern relations. This is the place with the strongest family atmosphere. It carries many functions such as entertainment, water bar, leisure and fitness. A family can have better leisure and enjoyment here and experience a better life.

敞开式厨房与其他功能区连结得更加紧密，让做饭变得没那么孤立、无趣，希望在厨房中与沙发区、吧台吧之间产生更多生活上的可能性。

The open kitchen is more closely connected with other functional areas, making cooking less isolated and boring. I hope to create more possibilities in life between the kitchen, sofa area and bar.

一楼客厅/ living room

色调着明暗、深浅、层次的变化，以温润清新的气息游走于整个空间，在阳光的照耀下，使客厅采光充足、沉静、柔和，温润了整个空间的温度，提升了空间舒适感。

The tone changes in light, shade, depth and level, and walks through the whole space with a warm and fresh breath. Under the sunshine, the living room has sufficient lighting, calmness and softness, which warms the temperature of the whole space and improves the comfort of the space.

设计师利用长虹玻璃作为茶室与入户之间的隔断，与大理石、木质相互呼应，既满足了私密性的需求，也保证了空间的通透感。

The designer uses Changhong glass as the partition between the teahouse and the house, echoing with marble and wood, which not only meets the needs of privacy, but also ensures the permeability of the space.

当代生活，人们在乎高效、体面之外，也珍惜转瞬即逝的“静谧”。窗外景观进驻，室内景观随着窗外气象变化而变化，打破界限，纳入天宽。日照、沙石、泥土、自然气味，让人减少心中的压抑与不安。

In contemporary life, people not only care about efficiency and dignity, but also cherish the fleeting "Silence". When the landscape outside the window enters, the indoor landscape changes with the weather outside the window, breaking the boundary and incorporating the sky width. Sunshine, sand, earth and natural smell can reduce people’s depression and anxiety.

入门即为景，开放的空间布局，大大提升了生活的效率，厨房与餐厅以玻璃移门相隔，形成一种自由的烹饪与用餐区的趣味互动。餐厅的高饱和度给人放松的感觉，细腻温柔的色泽为这里带来质感，翩翩起舞的蝴蝶吊灯和圆环灯饰意将空间一分为二互为对比，细节且微妙。

The entrance is the scene. The open space layout greatly improves the efficiency of life. The kitchen and restaurant are separated by glass sliding doors, forming a free and interesting interaction between the cooking and dining areas. The high saturation of the restaurant gives people a relaxed feeling. The delicate and gentle color brings texture here. The dancing butterfly chandelier and ring lighting mean to divide the space into two and contrast with each other. The details are subtle.

二楼客厅/ living room

空间选用大面积浅色系的木饰面搭配白色肌理漆，营造出温馨柔和的氛围，给人以舒适的恰意感，落地窗为室内带来了明亮的光线，窗外随着时间而变化的海景也是一种别样的风景线，让室内呈现出宁静舒服的氛围。

The space adopts a large area of light colored wood veneer with white texture paint to create a warm and soft atmosphere and give people a comfortable sense of appropriateness. The floor to ceiling window brings bright light to the interior, and the sea view outside the window changes with time is also a different kind of scenery, giving the interior a quiet and comfortable atmosphere.

书房明朗活跃，用温馨的色调来进行打造，位于这里更能忘掉身心的疲惫，高度集中的去进行工作和学习，一些小玩物和摆件为这里带来了精致，钢琴的加入它也起到了一个在阅读中陪伴的作用，给人一种大方优雅之感

The study is bright and active. It is made with warm colors. It can better forget the fatigue of body and mind and concentrate on work and study. Some small playthings and ornaments bring delicacy here. The addition of piano also plays a role of accompanying in reading and gives people a sense of generosity and elegance.

卧室/bedroom

卧室在满足私密需求的同时，让简约的颜色重新焕发魅力。细腻温柔的色调让人沉醉于休憩时光，诠释着屋主人对美的品味追求与超凡脱俗的气质。

While meeting the private needs of the bedroom, let the simple color regain its charm. The delicate and gentle tone makes people indulge in the rest time, interpreting the owner’s taste pursuit of beauty and extraordinary temperament.

卧室装饰质朴淡雅、低调沉稳，内敛的色调与太湖石背景画奠定了房间自然温暖的基调，简约的新中式吊灯成为最具视觉焦点的所在，艺术摆设丰富了空间层次，予人的观感柔和而静宁，浅灰、藏黑、米白互相映衬，色调清简而稳重。

The bedroom decoration is simple and elegant, low-key and calm. The introverted tone and Taihu stone background painting have laid the natural and warm tone of the room. The simple new Chinese chandelier has become the most visual focus. The artistic furnishings enrich the spatial level, give people a soft and quiet impression, set off by light gray, Tibetan black and rice white, and the tone is simple and stable.

卧室的设计以简洁、柔软为基调，朴质的奶白色格栅肌理泛起淡淡的优雅与宁静，隐形门藏匿与其中，与背景墙融为一体。悠然莹润的光线跃入视野，让诗意多了几分纯净，让生活多了些许恣意，静谧的空间让人多了几分自然的疗愈，安详于空，治愈一生。

The design of the bedroom is based on simplicity and softness. The simple milky white grille texture shows a touch of elegance and tranquility. The invisible door is hidden in it and integrated with the background wall. The leisurely and translucent light leaps into the field of vision, making poetry a little more pure and life a little more arbitrary. The quiet space makes people a little more natural healing, serene in the air and heal their whole life.

材质色调以中性木质调搭载人文气息，同时有家的温暖与静谧，也呼应空间的流动性。

The tone of the material is neutral wood tone with humanistic atmosphere. At the same time, it has the warmth and tranquility of home and echoes the fluidity of space.

顶楼露台的设计通过高度来分区，分别配置了就餐区和休闲区，业主可与亲朋好友在这里参加顶级派对，享受着海边顶级风景，观赏城市天际线，更显生活的品质。

The design of the top floor terrace is divided by height, with dining area and leisure area respectively. The owner can participate in top-level parties with relatives and friends here, enjoy the top scenery of the seaside and watch the city skyline, which shows the quality of life.
