不同的企业对环境的要求是不同的，初创企业最为考虑的是增长，占领市场与内部运转效率，中部企业最为考虑的是扎根于行业的某个生态位，在行业运转的整个系统保持稳定的生存空间。而头部企业考虑的是大的周期，如何投资社会的下一个曲线性发展周期，以及如何服务社会。所以，办公设计不仅仅需要解决环境问题，首先得明确这个企业的商业策略，所设计的环境才能更好的服务于这个企业。

商业设计最复杂的地方，不是把某个细节打磨得极致，而是在多方限制条件下取得平衡，从产品、审美、技术、用户等多方面综合考虑，得出一个“综合最优”的解答。

而商业美陈的艺术性是一种软性介质，是一种更柔和的语言讲述出环境的商业特性或者企业文化特性，也是连接空间与人关系的构建，或温和、优雅还是气质游离。

该项目位于西安曲江核心位置——曲江池东南处万众国际，外立面为环形落地玻璃的结构，内部利用“L”型平面布局实现60%以上的观湖效果，拥有较好的景观视野。

大厅的结构与材质使整个空间具有流动的形态倾向，希望以抽象极简的细节感知空间韵律。纯白空间的运用强化了空间的关系和氛围，进深处大面积的通透玻璃隔断围合成一个景观区，景观植物与流动空间相互交织，创造出更加柔和的空间边界，同时让室内的植物葱郁而又安宁，隐藏在景观尽头的是相对私密的独立办公室，能够为使用者提供安静专注的工作环境。

设计可以塑造和引导人的行为，也可以创造认同感和归属感。设计团队在平面布局阶段，让整体空间更具开放性，便于办公交流与协作，同时把采光和通风较好的区域作为员工的开放办公区，再合理规划管理层办公室、公共休闲空间及会议室等。设计团队对于办公空间设计一贯的基本理念，即“把最好的空间给多数人是为合理”。透明玻璃隔断、开放式的办公家具，将管理层与员工、部门与部门之间的距离拉近，通过这样的设计，鼓励产生更多的互动与协作，提升工作效率。
