The site is Fidelity’s southwest regional headquarters and is located on 309 acres of open prairie and Post Oak Savannah with two existing ponds. SWA provided site planning and full landscape architectural services for the project with the goal from Fidelity of maintaining the natural character of the site.

SWA worked closely with the owner, architect and engineers in siting the headquarters building and parking garage making use of the natural features available. Trees removed for building were required by ordinance to be replaced on a caliper to caliper inch basis. Roads and utilities were carefully routed to preserve as many existing trees as possible. The project has received LEED Gold certification.
