This renovation project has taken this hotel from a run-down state to a rejuvenated oasis. The images show how the vertical louvers in elegant black not only add a modern touch to the façade, but also provide shade and allow delicate permeability to the corridors that connect the rooms, creating a welcoming and comfortable experience for guests.
The use of polished cement on all the walls creates a feeling of uniformity and elegance, while the contrast with a reception wall in a grayish green tone and bathroom tiles in the same color range adds a touch of sophistication and freshness to the environment. Large vinyl letters with the name "Alcalá" at the reception welcome visitors with style and personality, marking the beginning of a unique experience at this renovated hotel.
Each image captures the essence of the renovation, highlighting the carefully selected details that have transformed this space into a contemporary and welcoming retreat.
An exhaustive study of the state of the building allowed us to rescue its original structure, trying to economize as much as possible in the execution of the work. The objective and challenge was to revitalize the building without significantly altering its structure.
