罗朗景观:“都市空间再生”这一大的设计理念,在都市发展中往往起着最重要的引导作用,标志着城市发达程度。随着都市化进程的不断发展,都市设计更加趋于精致化,更关注人文价值与环境认知,充分尊重、关怀在空间中活动的人们。由此,更细微的Pocket Park“口袋公园”成为了都市设计里最有魅力的空间之一。口袋公园, 又称迷你公园,是指依附于建筑外的小场地,它可以是一个小型植物空间,或是喷泉小广场,亦或是具有纪念意义的一块小场地,有时也是零散簇成的很多块空间,分布在现代城市的各个角落,而这些零碎空间,恰恰是都市设计里不可或缺的魅力。
LAURENT:The design concept of “urban space regeneration”,plays the most important guiding role in urban development,and it also marks the degree of urban development.With the continuous development of urbanization, urban design is more refined ,paying more attention to human values and environmental cognition,and fully respecting and caring for people who are active in space.As a result, the more subtle “Pocket Park” has become one of the most attractive spaces in urban design.Pocket Park, also known as the Mini Park,it means a small venue attached to the outside of the building.It can be a small plant space, a small fountain square, or a small monumental venue.Sometimes it is a lot of scattered space, distributed in every corner of modern city,and these pieces of space are precisely the indispensable charm of urban design.
由罗朗景观设计的绍兴阳光城元垄璞悦景观项目就是融入了Pocket park的概念,对空间切割、重组、再造,并结合服务型酒店公寓及高档住宅区域功能,以人为本体,打造静谧而精致的实用主义城市空间,营造强烈的现代都市归属感,模糊了住区的边界,同时又补充了城市公共空间体系。
The Shaoxing Sunshine City Yuanlong Puyue Manston Landscape Project designed by Laurent is a concept that incorporates Pocket Park,with space cutting, reorganization, reengineering, combined with serviced hotel apartments and high-end residential areas,create a quiet and refined pragmatic urban space with human beings, make a strong sense of modern urban belonging.Blurring the boundaries of settlements and supplementing the urban public space system.
该口袋公园是由建筑界定出来一个30米见方的方形空间,该空间作为售楼处唯一的前场空间,从尺度上来说是小的,是有明确限定的,是有终端的,功能以通行为主!罗朗的思考是如何将此空间在尺度上无限放大,有无可能做到无终端,能否突破通行功能,叠加另一层视觉观赏,文化体验的意义!因此我们从绍兴水乡以及酒文化找源头,引出水滴泛涟漪,水波荡漾出一圈圈涟漪更似年轮,象征古老的绍兴经历岁月洗礼后呈现给后人的文化沉淀!我们取义为“水年轮”!并抽取圆作为设计基本形,圆本身是一个无尽端的形态,植入到空间中就有了一个无限的空间,走在这个空间里,你的体验是在同一时间经历一个无休止的全景景观,同时与其他经历相同景观的变化的人们进行互动!在这个层面上,通行本身就已经突破其传统的意义,转而成为了一种体验,一种思考!圆廊围合出的水面为这种空间体验与思考提供了视觉依托,让整个空间更加空灵飘渺纯净!
The pocket park is a 30-square square space defined by the building,this space is the only front space for the sales office.In terms of scale, it is small, it is clearly defined, it has a terminal, and its function is to pass the behavior.Laurent’s thinking is how to magnify this space infinitely on the scale,is it possible to have no terminal, whether it can break through the function of the passage, superimpose another layer of visual viewing, make the meaning of cultural experience.So we look for the source of Shaoxing water town and wine culture,the water droplets are ubiquitous, and the water ripples out of a circle. It is more like an annual ring, symbolizing the cultural precipitation of the ancient Shaoxing after the baptism of the years.And we take the meaning of “water ring”.We also extract the circle as the basic shape of the design,the circle itself is an endless form, and there is an infinite space when implanted into space.Walking in this space, your experience is going through an endless panoramic landscape at the same time. Interact with other people who experience changes in the same landscape. At this level, the passage itself has already broken through its traditional meaning,turn into an experience, a reflection.The water surface enclosed by the gallery provides a visual basis for this space experience and thinking, making the whole space more ethereal and pure.
不同于北方院落的形制方阔、轴线分明,我们吸取南方水乡院落“无成势、无常形”的特点,将入口设为更契合水乡内敛特质的侧入方式,腾挪空间,将原本并不宽大的入口界面更加完整且最大化。与官派厚重的进制式入口不同,我们认为轻薄与纤细,通透与灵动的特征更加与绍兴这座诗意城市气质相吻合,因此我们将轻薄的顶棚与采用“林”为意象的“虚”格栅墙结合用于打造具有强昭示感、高识别度的入口,作为对城市态度的最好展示。
Different from the northern courtyard which the shape is wide and the axis is clear, we draw on the characteristics of the courtyards of the southern water towns that are “nothing, no shape”,make the entrance a side entry method that is more in line with the introverted qualities of the water town,move the space to make the original interface that is not too large more complete and maximize.Different from the thick binary entry of the official,we believe that the characteristics of thinness, slenderness, transparency and agility are more consistent with the poetic urban temperament of Shaoxing.Therefore, we combine a thin ceiling with a “virtual” grille wall that uses “forest” as an image to create a strong, highly recognizable entrance ,as the best show of attitude towards the city.
轻巧灵动的“虚”墙,使得原本局促的场地多了内外视线的渗透,在扩大空间进深同时,将市政滨水绿带的“绿”引入场地,丰富了客户感受层次。树林的自然肌理随墙蜿蜒,感知艺术的肌理和自然的印记。
The light and flexible “virtual” wall makes the originally cramped venue more infiltrated inside and outside the line of sight, at the same time as expanding the space depth, the “green” of the municipal waterfront green belt will be introduced into the site,enriched customer experience .The natural texture of the woods follows the wall, perceptive art texture and natural imprint.
皎月光/年重月,月重光
拾阶而上,随风雨连廊而入的路,是感受光和影的时空对话的旅途。斑驳的月光指引归家的路途,同样引导夜行人走出黑暗和迷惑一样,是心灵的留白、明净,也是生活空寂而深远的禅意。

Walking alongside steps, feeling the shadow and light communication. Moolight shows the way back home. people in this place can feel the sense of ZEN.
镜中花/镜花水月皆成空
在白色空间中,我们注入“镜中花,水中月”,力求用最简洁的图形语言概括整个项目的性格,没有过多的修饰和色彩。镜面水池平静淡然,叠水喷泉水流潺潺,一动一静相得益彰,繁华与宁静只在倏忽之间。心华开敷,如花盛开,完美地阐释了东方美学极致之美这个意蕴。
Flower with mirror
We put the ‘flower with mirror’ in this section, making the site looks more simple and compact. The pond looks like a mirror with spring which is flowing slowly.
庭水观/一心观想水,观法成就,则在水得自然
模拟洁白的沙床,一道道纹路自仿效的山川大地延展开来,似水波的荡漾,经过四面玻璃的反射,延伸至无限空间,以自然对话自然,述说光影的故事。一砂一极乐,一方一净土。安禅何必须山水,枯淡静寂之中必有感心之物
