项目背景

潇湘谷取源“鱼米之乡”——湖南，潇湘意为湖南潇水、湘江，谷之一字代表自然原生态的食材主张。

在产品上，潇湘谷

打破以往湘菜“无辣不成菜”的固有认知，提出“鲜活湘菜”的创新理念，

倡导“湘菜，不只多椒，更多娇”的品牌主张；

致力于以鲜活食材入馔，通过明厨亮灶和多样化的技法，烹百菜百味。在继承湘菜传统的基础上进行创新，用美学与美食于一体的表达，链接新消费市场，绽放湖湘文化多娇之味。

于是在空间设计上我们跳脱出目前在湘菜馆、湘菜店中常见的乡土民俗等风格，而是将湖南的另外一面“自然、文韵”借用现代的手法呈现品牌的意韵。

园林的每一处门、窗、洞、树，

都成为他们生活中的“画框”，

随意一框，便能框住满园诗意。

——有限到无限

三楼包间根据潇湘八景进行主题规划，“洞庭秋月”、“山市晴岚”、“潇湘夜雨”、“远浦归帆”、“江天暮雪”、“烟寺晚钟”、“平沙落雁”、“渔村夕照”，打造潇湘诗意空间。

The private rooms on the third floor are themed according to the eight scenic spots in Xiaoxiang, "Autumn Moon in Dongting", "Qing Lan in Mountain City", "Night Rain in Xiaoxiang", "Returning Sail in Yuanpu", "Jiangtian Duxue", "Night Bell in Smoke Temple", "Pingsha" Falling geese" and "fishing village sunset" create a poetic space in Xiaoxiang.
