The colorful apartment of a cool couple

A cool couple, a two-year-old daughter, a 120-square-meter apartment and a deadlock: have or not a barbecue at balcony? This is the beginning of the story of this young family's home in Pinheiros, Sao Paulo. When they met architect Beatriz Quinelato, they  told her the dilemma - the husband wouldn't give up on the porch barbecue, but his wife didn't want to see the barbecue when it was not in use.

The issue was resolved with a retractable blue panel that made everyone happy. The requests that followed were warmth and integration to receive friends, space to accommodate her husband's guitars in the decoration and a prominent place for the painting painted by grandfather Orlando Marcucci, pupil of Alfredo Volpi, who was accommodated behind the sofa. The intimate wing also gained touches of joy, such as the double bedroom joinery and the daughter's bedroom wall. Colors and life everywhere!
