在荷兰美丽的海尔德市，有一栋原先作为银行大楼的建筑，如今，这里被Fokkema & Partners设计团队打造成了海尔德市政府的办公场所。新改造的办公大楼总体显得含蓄而专业，同时也不乏生机、不缺活力和色彩，是一个舒适的办公空间。

设计方案

专门考虑引入了一个工作咖啡吧，员工们可以在这里会谈协作，或者只是喝杯咖啡放松一下。

不管是工作台还是座椅，这里的家具都是二手的，就连天花板和

室内装饰

墙，都是采用最经济的方法做成的，总之，这里的设计理念就是以可持续为主。设计团队在该项目上遇到的最大挑战，就是如何重新规划布置天花板和室内隔墙，以适应跟之前银行完全一样的工作用途，与此同时还不能让人觉得风格老土或者不合时宜。

The interior of a former bank building in the charming town Heerde was completely redesigned by Fokkema & Partners to house the offices and public counters for the municipality. The new interior has an overall modest but professional atmosphere. At the same time it has become a lively, colorful and comfortable place to work. A work café was integrated into the design, for employees to meet, have a coffee and collaborate.

Re-use of furniture, from the workbenches to the sled chairs, but also the ceiling and interior walls was not only an economical, but also a sustainable solution to the design brief. It provided the designers at Fokkema & Partners with a challenge to reconfigure the ceiling plans and internal walls to match the new design and working concept, without feeling outdated or used.
