This villa has been designed – since its initial concept – to be a human friendly home with timber x-lam frame and natural materials to finish the interiors. No concrete, no steel and with chemicals reduced to a minimum to create a more natural environment for a better living. We are always concerned with the food we eat, the life we live, the air we breath and very rarely realize that one of the most unhealthy environments surrounding us are our own homes. In this villa we are reducing all the usual unhealthy components of a standard building to a minimum when not completely eliminating them.

Nonetheless, the villa has a contemporary design and includes finishes and standards of a high level house. The large glazing add to the natural interior the nature and light of the exterior generating an automatic correlation between the two consequently generating an exclusive and distinctive haven where you will always desire to return. A place you will long to share with the most dear persons you have. A place which – given the performing natural thermal isolation – will preserve the global environment with its limited usage of heating and cooling. Overall, a place with a positive influence on your mood.
