The house was a typical Ibizan finca, or farmhouse. London-based Hollie Bowden Interiors restored the house’s key features and added considered, contemporary detailing to the living spaces and bedrooms, retaining its historic character while giving it a decidedly modern edge. The house is set amongst a sprawling garden with views to the south of the Ibizan island.

The house features a special commission sliding door by Ingrid Donat. Antique oak joinery is seen throughout, with reclaimed wood sourced and pieces created by Belgian artisans. The kitchen island and worktop is in honed Grigio Alpi limestone. Bespoke wrought iron bar stools designed by Hollie Bowden with sage green leather seat pads, made in the UK. An Art Collection include: Alma Alllen's Bean, Jeppe Hein sculpture, Alexis Gautier’s tapestries, Picasso plates, table lamp by Giacomo Ravagli from Carpenters workshop, Flag Halyard armchair by Hans J. Wegner, Moon light by Future Perfect in the hallway by Ben & Aja Blank.
