火锅作为中国餐饮美食文化的领跑者，也是餐饮领域的标杆之一，从家庭到聚会，再到火锅餐厅，人们对火锅美食的追求永不止步；在如今快节奏的日子里，人们对美食不再仅是满足口腹之欲，随之而来的是对空间的更高层次的追求，更是“寻一处平静，觅一点闲情”的生活美学。

Hot pot as the leader of Chinese food and beverage culture, is also one of the benchmark in the field of food and beverage, from family to party, and then to hot pot restaurant, people's pursuit of hot pot cuisine never stops; In today's fast-paced day, people are no longer only to satisfy the appetite for food, followed by a higher level of pursuit of space, but also "find a calm, find a little leisure" aesthetics of life.

位于安徽太和的百鹭里火锅料理餐厅，餐厅在基于现代简约的设计原则上，设计中摒弃冗杂的设计元素，在凸显空间环境的同时，给顾客营造出一种高端时尚、轻奢优雅的体验感，也将百鹭里餐饮品牌做了进一步的提升。餐厅一般都是以传统的空间形式来定义，在百鹭里，设计师做了一次大胆的尝试，颠覆了传统的餐厅的空间形式，从内里营造一种现代餐厅的高端与优雅，而不是从表象去固化。

Bailuli hot pot Restaurant is located in Taihe, Anhui Province. Based on modern and simple design principles, the restaurant abandonsredundant design elements in the design. While highlighting the space environment, it creates a sense of high-end fashion, light luxury and elegant experience for customers, and further improves the Bailuli restaurant brand. The restaurant is generally defined by the traditional spatial form. In the Bailu, the designer made a bold attempt to subvert the traditional spatial form of the restaurant and create a high-end and elegant modern restaurant from the inside, rather than solidify from the appearance.

休息空间处于一种半封闭的状态，强调空间私密性的同时，让人在空间中游走时产生不同的场景与情绪，幽暗的光环境强调了人在空间的事件才是设计核心。

The rest space is in a semi-closed state. While emphasizing the privacy of the space, people will have different scenes and emotions when they walk in the space. The dark light environment emphasizes that the events of people in the space are the core of the design.

透射而来的阳光，与黄铜材质反射的暖光相映成趣，糅合交织出空间光影的韵律，渲染出静雅的氛围，置身其中，能过滤掉那些不安分的思绪，享受当下的静寂。

The transmitted sunlight and the warm light reflected by the brass material form an interesting contrast, blending and interweaving the rhythm of space light and shadow, rendering a quiet and elegant atmosphere. Being in it, you can filter out those restless thoughts and enjoy the silence of the moment.
