该设计将现代艺术元素与城市历史风貌巧妙结合，展现出深圳罗湖区的过去与未来，创造出富有层次感和文化内涵的空间。

深圳由一个“圈”开始，发展为一个领衔粤港澳大湾区的现象级城市，罗湖是其宏伟画卷的源点所在。如今，在高密度的城市中心，罗湖的城市更新再度启动，仁恒·深之源即在这个深圳最早开发的城区，再造中心！

Starting from a "circle", Shenzhen has developed into a phenomenal city leading the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Luohu is the source of its magnificent picture. Now, in the high-density urban center, the urban renewal of Luohu has been started again. Yanlord · Shenzhiyuan is the regeneration center in this earliest urban area in Shenzhen!

在 HWCD 看来，设计与城市历史相融，更与文化血脉相连。焕新一座城的活力，是对一段时代记忆的重启，亦是突破传统印象的重塑。售楼处以“时空折叠”为落点，将罗湖的空间内核与文化精神进行现代演绎，焕起城市记忆，让过去与未来重逢。

In HWCD’s view, design is in harmony with the history of the city, but also connected with culture. The vitality of a new city is a restart of the memory of a period of time, as well as a remolding of the traditional impression. The sales office "time and space folding" as the landing point, the space core and cultural spirit of Luohu modern interpretation, revitalizing the city memory, let the past and the future meet again.

利用现有的空间，连同其历史、周围环境和文化，重新定义和阐释它们新的生命力。

7F 过道将深圳地标与建筑文化、仁恒地产及项目周边优势以时间轴的艺术橱窗形式呈现，以此呼应时代的记忆。

Corridor 7F presents the landmarks and architectural culture of Shenzhen, Yanlord Real Estate and the surrounding advantages of the project in the form of artistic window display of the timeline, in order to echo the memory of The Times.

接待大厅以“海洋”为媒介，一股海浪气息便扑面而至。接待台提取海浪视觉形象，运用不同材质的组合，将深圳沿海的地域特性淋漓尽致地展现。

The reception hall takes "ocean" as the medium, and a breath of ocean waves comes to our face. The reception desk extracts the visual image of ocean waves and uses the combination of different materials to show the regional characteristics of Shenzhen’s coastal areas incisively and vividly.

Space is the vein of a city. Geography, culture, emotion and other differences constitute a unique texture. To meet the dual needs of The Times under the background of innovation and history, the designer uses the technique of new modern deconstruction to disassemble and recombine the elements in the space, and narrates the past and future of Shenzhen Luohu by connecting the space-time context.
