The Quinta do Alferes was built at the end of the 18thcentury, although the walled property as we know it today was built in the second half of the 19thcentury.
The existing building was and continues to be a typical Mayan country house, in spite of the adaptations it has undergone.
The exquisite modernity of Mid Century inspiration fills the project of the architect Vito Vitorino with personality. In a perfect combination for the country house style, the Liceo Moka floor tiles bring the warm sophistication of wood to this space. In the bathrooms, the Rock Art penny tiles and the furniture and countertops manufactured with the large-format thinbig®Calacatta marble round out the charisma of an extremely elegant interior design.
Roca’s wall and floor tiles allow for the excellence in design without leaving behind the latest performance of porcelain tiles. This results in floors inspired by nature and materials that cover basins in marble, with the great resistance and durability required by highly-transited spaces.
