Perched on a hilltop in Austin, Texas, the home offers sweeping Hill Country views that include the Pennybacker Bridge.

Design elements such as walls of floor to ceiling windows, glass doors and cantilevered outdoor living areas allow one to experience the views and setting both inside and out. The thoughtful floor plan includes a master suite on the main level, a lower level with three bedrooms and game room, as well as two offices with a full bathroom on the upper level that could be additional bedrooms. Completing the home are the wonderful outdoor spaces that include a spacious terraced lawn, outdoor living area with kitchen and rooftop balcony with putting green. Photography Casey Dunn
