TSA Architects designed the Meadow Peak at Summit Vista with a natural flow and community space for patients in Taylorsville, Utah.
Meadow Peak at Summit Vista is unique due to the Owner/Developer/Design team not only recognizing, but embracing the need to introduce Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing and Memory Care to an already successful Independent Living community. TSA Architects knitted these resources together to create a complementary, organic, and holistic experience for the residents as they transfer between care levels when experiencing health events of both temporary and long-term duration.
Meadow Peak features a continuous promenade that connects all residents to the amenities which include spaces for different dining experiences, an art studio, theater, salon, and library. This provides residents with the power of choice and independence. TSA Architects also placed shared community spaces along the promenade, allowing all residents and guests to come together for official events or simple family and friend gatherings. Throughout the building, you will also find connections to nature through large windows with stunning mountain views and healing garden courtyards that spill indoors. TSA Architects has created a space that enables residents to stay close to family and friends, continue using the same amenities they are used to, and overall provide the best experience possible regardless of the resident’s level of care.
