South Yarra Little Group Office Located in South Yarra, Little Group’s offices reflect both the Group’s understanding of the residential development market, and the innovation for which they are known. As such, the interior philosophy adopts the comfort and feeling of a residential ‘home’; to create a personal, comfortable, yet timeless interior. An anchoring monochromatic and neutral palette, of timber floors and off-white walls, is combined with Mim Design’s custom brass “Pipe” and “Crate” pendant lights and “Sleeve” handrail. These unique details, in conjunction with the materials palette, work together to ensure the space remains both practical and individual. Clean architectural lines create a sense of large scale proportion, while a series of correlating black frames highlight the divisions, providing privacy and distinguishing staff zoning. Throughout the office, efficient planning ensures spaces are light-filled and well-proportioned, whilst maintaining a fluidity from one space to the next.
