A leveza e poética litorânea de Balneário Camboriú / SC vem de encontro com o projeto do Apartamento Maresia, onde os tons claros e carvalho natural se intercalam no mobiliário e obras de arte, em uma paleta elegante e harmônica.

O acesso se dá por um hall onde as portas internas se camuflam no painel, deixando todo o destaque para a porta pivotante de vidro canelado, que convida à entrar no living com privacidade para as áreas íntimas do apartamento.

A escolha do mobiliário, mais alongado, visa preencher o grande espaço do living com poucos elementos, onde há apenas o essencial para um apartamento de veraneio, e que atenda à praticidade exigida pelos clientes. Uma pintura do artista curitibano André Mendes foi desenvolvida exclusivamente para o projeto, agregando com seu traço único e cheio de cor.

A área gourmet se projeta confortavelmente junto à espaços versáteis com o melhor visual da Barra Sul: a mesa de jantar oval é fotogênica e junto aos pendentes de palha artesanais dão ar de obra de arte. Até a iluminação, toda minimalista com perfis de LED e mini spots foi pensada para causar o menor impacto possível no espaço, deixando o destaque para os objetos e a mobília.

O coração da área íntima é a sala de TV, onde o painel esconde o acesso à suíte master, contrapondo com a parede azul e uma composição de quadros, que trazem personalidade, ficando com as almofadas os toques de cor.

A suíte master continua o conceito empregado em todo o apartamento, com poucos materiais, protagonizando a sutileza e elegância dos detalhes. O sofá é inusitado e contribui para uma experiência que vai além do “dormir”. As demais suítes possuem identidades únicas, mas sempre com a mesma paleta de cores, garantindo unidade ao projeto.

Como uma linha única, o Apartamento Maresia é contínuo em sua linguagem litorânea, explorando uma paleta leve e materiais naturais, onde o destaque sempre é a paisagem e as obras de arte, muito presentes e que fazem deste, um projeto extraordinário.

Apartment Maresia

The beaches lightness and poetry of Balneário Camburiú / SC relates to the Apartment Maresia, where light shades and natural oak interlayer on the furniture and works of art, in a harmonic and elegant palette.

The access is made through a hall where the doors camouflage in the panel, leaving the highlight to the ribbed glass pivoting door, that invites to enter the living with privacy to the innermost areas of the apartment.

The choosing of the elongated furniture, is to fill the great space of the living with few elements, where there is only the essential to the summer apartment, and that meets the practicality demanded by the clients. A painting from the Curitiba’s artist André Mendes was developed exclusively for the project, adding with his unique trace and full of color.

The gourmet area projects itself comfortably to the versatile spaces with the best view of the Barra Sul: the oval shaped dinner table is very photogenic and along with the handmade straw pendants give away an artwork feeling. Even the lighting, minimalistic with LED lightboxes and mini spots was thought to cause the least impact possible in the space, leaving the attention to the objects and the furniture.

The heart of the intimate area in the TV room, where the panel hides que access to the master bedroom, contrasting with the blue wall and a composition of frames, that bring personality, that along with the pillows give a touch of color.

The master bedroom continues the concept used in all the apartment, with few materials, highlighting the subtlety and elegance in the details. The couch is unusual and contributes to a experience that goes beyond sleeping. The other bedrooms have unique identities, but always with the same color palette, which guarantees the project’s unity.

As a single line, the Apartment Maresia ins continuous in its coastline language, exploring a light palette and natural materials, where the attention is directed to the landscape and works of art, very present and that make this an extraordinary project.
