It was necessary to create a presentable facade, to make a view of the river in the living room and to hide all the bedrooms from the road. And all this had to be done in the style of "Modern Fachwerk"! It was also important for the customer that the building looked expensive and modern.The task was not simple, but the solution was eventually found.The public zone, hall and drawing-room are placed in the central part of the building - they are visible both on the main facade and the yard. Secondary premises: a block for workers, a block for guests, etc. are located on the sides of the building.
