The center of Rostov-on-Don, a historical building, two different cultures.
To avoid stereotypes – that was the aim of the project of the Turkish restaurant. That is why here appeared a light European design in combination with arches and colourful oriental details.
The interior is at the verge of cultures, as well as the strait of the same name separates Europe and Asia.
Each floor has its own story with its own characteristics. The first one is with clean lines, modern and concise.
Panoramic stained-glass windows, open spaces, plenty of plants. Contrasting colors, velvet and glass helped us show the oriental culture in a different way.
A striking dominant of the interior was a bar with a low rise. There is a composition of hanging plants above it. During the day, it is lit with natural light, and at night it is softly illuminated with neon. The relaxed atmosphere.
Along the perimeter of the roof, we placed a lot of plants, creating a «curtain» from the bustle of the city.
