品质生活既关乎物质，更注重精神与情感价值。仁恒首入无锡的开山之作——湖滨世纪，落址于城芯经开区，其 143 户型样板间由方磊领衔的壹舍团队受邀操刀。

Quality life is not only about material, but also about spiritual and emotional value. Hubin Century, yanlord’s first entry into Wuxi, was located in chengxin Economic Development Zone, and its 143 model rooms were invited by one House team led by Fang Lei.

室内设计注重绵延太湖山水人文之余，紧密围绕与时俱进的理念，旨在与国际生活方式接轨，进一步开启无锡高端人居的无限想象。

The interior design pays attention to the continuous landscape of Taihu Lake and humanity, and closely revolves around the concept of advancing with The Times, aiming to integrate with the international lifestyle, and further open up the infinite imagination of high-end living in Wuxi.

不同的生活态度造就不同的空间模式，不同的情境营造也能引导不同的生活方式。

Different life attitudes create different spatial patterns, and different situations can lead to different life styles.

生机绿意是都市居所中珍稀的，格调美学也是为人所挚爱的，我们以此为切入点，用现代国际风范作基调，于绿野之境构建人、自然、艺术品的共生对话，在感性与理性交融间惬意遨游。

Living green is rare in urban residence, and aesthetic style is also beloved by people. Taking this as the starting point, we use modern international style as the keynote to build a symbiotic dialogue between human, nature and artwork in the green and wild environment, so as to travel comfortably between sensibility and rationality.

以开放松弛的面貌邂逅归家之旅，入户的第一视觉，便能直观感受到绿意气息。

放眼向上，绚丽多姿的吊灯恰如装置艺术一般，以奔放律动的身姿开启热情的迎接。

Encounter the journey of returning home with an open and relaxed appearance, the first vision of entering the house, you can intuitively feel the green breath. Looking forward, the gorgeous chandelier just like installation art, with bold and unrestrained rhythm of the body to open the warm welcome.

循步而入，客餐厅一体映入眼帘。多重材质顺畅融汇，在组合、交叠的布局连接下，自如驰骋，充盈着呼吸感。

Walk and enter, guest restaurant one comes into view. The smooth integration of multiple materials, in combination, overlapping layout connection, freely galloping, full of breathing sense.

精准的比例把控和考究的色系搭配，于率性之中展露出对品质与格调的不懈追求，其中设计师对克制平衡之道的践行依旧清晰可见。

The precise proportion control and exquisite color collocation show the unremitting pursuit of quality and style in the spontaneity, among which the practice of restraint and balance by the designer is still clearly visible.

明度各异的绿因地制宜般点缀，线条、纹路、形态等默契呼应，起承转合之际，始终都能捕捉到彼此细腻的渗透，有效加强了空间的层次感及探索性。

艺术是表达世界的一种载体，其对生活的滋养也落笔于点滴之处。日用器物、家具配饰无一不是精心淘选而来，陈设手法拒绝堆砌，以闲适随性、互不争抢的姿态，让其散发着各自的光泽与魅力。

餐厅所处的位置，于某种意义而言也是枢纽中心。除去要规划好它与各功能分区的动线关系之外，对其在入口处或是客厅等各个视角的呈现也需要慎重考量。冷翡翠桌面纹路饱满，充满张力，恰如其分的与吊灯上下辉映，显得立体且完整。

The location of the restaurant is also the hub in a sense. 室内各种色泽的运用，似乎都可从餐厅背景墙上的画作《光的呈现》里得以溯源，以抽象的笔触描绘出具象的有序与变化，也增添一抹瞩目且欢畅的光芒。

The use of various colors in the room seems to be traced back to the painting "The Presentation of Light" on the background wall of the restaurant, which depicts the order and change of the concrete with abstract brushstrokes, and also adds a touch of eye-catching and cheerful light.

目之所及，错落有致的关系、直线弧度的碰撞、刚柔兼济的包容，共同助力艺术的高雅与生活的烟火气和谐交融。

As far as the eye can see, there are scattered relations, linear radian collision, rigid and flexible tolerance, together to help the elegant art and life of fireworks harmonious blend.

艺术源于生活，高于生活，最终又归于生活。书房宛如藏宝阁，承载着家庭成员的喜好与兴趣，各式珍藏单品置身其中，希望让彼此独具一格的审美与创意皆能尽情挥洒。

以金属勾勒出翻开的书籍之状，即是开卷有益的直观传达。搭配可调节灯具以及蛇纹椅，在形式主义与抽象主义中，让这里极具玩味，又饱含能量。

To outline the shape of the open book with metal, that is, the beneficial intuitive communication of the open book. Tie-in adjustable lamps and lanterns and chair of snake grain, in formalism and abstraction, let here have pondering extremely, full of energy again.

主卧套间在舒缓的基底下，深浅色阶巧妙过渡，并让横向线条与竖向分割无形对话，慢慢推导出视觉中心点。温润的木饰面辅以灯带烘托，潜移默化中铺垫出细腻的感受，身处其中能令人放松、舒缓下来，给予内心深处的庇护与安宁。

床头柜也摒弃常规，在一侧选用太空泡棉“云雾系列”，借物抒情，将材质与颜色融合在诗意的微妙情绪中，流露出对自然的向往以及无尽宽广的追寻。

另一侧则以通透轻盈的体量、鲜明可感的纹理，让彼此平衡互补。二者可谓卧室里的破局亮点。

意大利知名灯具品牌 NEMO 的 WALL SHADOWS，将剪纸与光影两大创意形式结合，含蓄不张扬，也恰到好处的融入立面构成之中，静默之间自成风景，值得慢慢斟酌。

WALL SHADOWS by NEMO, a famous Italian lamp brand, combines paper-cutting and light and shadow in two creative forms. It is implicit and unobsusive, but also properly integrated into the facade.

金属与木质在此相遇，加以柔光的点缀，让搭毯化身幕布，创造安静优雅的衣帽间，这一隅也足以吐露出居者不俗的品味。

次卧同样遵循利落简洁的手法，块面的叠层之感从床品蔓延至床头背板，在变化与衔接中形成碰撞，勾勒出多维的层次。看似随性，实则有内在的逻辑关联。

在软装陈设上也十分注重秩序美感的传达。娴熟运用三角构成营造感官上的舒适，此外两幅画作更是有着鲜明的对比与反差，大小有别却收放自如，充分流露出一种微妙的互动张力。

基于孩童的天性与视角出发，儿童房从“纸牌游戏”中汲取灵感，图案、造型、装饰皆合理散落其中，缤纷明亮的色彩点缀，也渲染出游戏玩乐的氛围，赋予这一方小天地别样的趣味与活力，同时也能对小主人进行心智和情感上的启蒙。

Based on the nature of children and perspective, children room draw inspiration from the "card game", reasonable design, modelling, adornment is scattered among them, the colorful bright colors, also apply colours to a drawing the atmosphere that gives the game play, give this one a little other fun and vitality, as well as the master for mental and emotional enlightenment.

在无锡仁恒湖滨世纪样板间，一座艺术收藏家无声绽放，质感与格调也随着日常起居被不断的唤醒并升华。

In wuxi Yanlord lake century model room, an art collector quietly blooming, texture and style are constantly awakened and sublimated with daily living.

透过外在的感官意象，释放出内在的情趣力量，既为居所，更为居者形成鲜明的态度表达。诚然，这也是对无锡未来理想人居模式的一种实践与探索。

Through the external sensory image, the inner power of interest is released, which not only serves as the residence, but also forms a distinct attitude expression of the resident. Indeed, this is also a practice and exploration of wuxi’s future ideal human settlement model.

关于设计师
