Concrete and wood in this contemporary oceanfront home in Australia not only contrast but complement each other perfectly, creating peace and harmony. The house has a flat rectangular shape and is built entirely of concrete, so it literally merges with the landscape from the outside. Furniture and panels made of natural wood fill the interiors and dilute the grayness of the concrete base, adding coziness and warmth. The villa is located almost at the very ocean next to the beach, so all the walls facing the water are glass. Ideal for lovers of coastal nature and modern industrial style。
