The location concerns the boulevard in Bergen aan Zee and the plot is represented the last development opportunity in a series of private homes from the eighties and nineties of the last century. The choice of facade material and associated details is mainly determined / dictated by the climatic conditions present, such as right by the sea. Ultimately, a closed facade construction was chosen, consisting of aluminum losanges in maximum size, with a coating that is guaranteed to withstand the elements for decades.
