舒达独立馆的外立面其实是在诉说舒达的历史将五彩玻璃屋顶与红砖房结合方式，让建筑的形态更加西方与神秘，同时五彩玻璃起到建筑隔热层的作用。

窗，其实是一个通光的概念，西方教堂把窗户当做是神与人间的门，光通过窗户在室内墙面地面的变化，潜意识的树立对生命和美好生活的向往，一个空间如果没有光是没有灵魂的空间。
