预期这栋大厦的高度为130米，包括41个楼层，总面积达63800平方米，这个位于华沙的双边Mennica Legacy大厦项目已经准备要开始修建了，于2015年开始着手做最后一季度的设计建造工作。这个未来的两个毗邻的大厦由来自芝加哥的国际公司Goettsch Partners设计，大厦场址上以前修建的是波兰造币厂。一经完成，Mennica Legacy大厦的功能主要是一个办公室综合设施，建筑物的次级功能是零售和商业功能。

Envisioned with a height of 130-meters and comprising a combined total of 41 floors and 63,800-square-meters, the bipartite Mennica Legacy Tower project in Warsaw has been slated for construction, to commence in the last quarter of 2015. Featuring two adjacent towers designed by Chicago-based international firm Goettsch Partners, the project is located at the site of the former headquarters of the Mint of Poland.On completion, Mennica Legacy Tower will function predominantly as an office complex, integrating secondary retail and commercial functions.

Located in a bustling business district of Warsaw, Mennica Legacy Tower is ideally positioned for maximum connectivity; nearby infrastructure includes a subway station and numerous bus and tramway stops. Czarek Jarzabek,co-owner and President of the management board at key project investor Golub GetHouse recognizes the potential created by this site condition, describing the project as “a modern, architecturally beautiful building of top quality and functionality to the tenants”. Soon to be a focal point on the city’s growing skyline, it is projected that the towers will serve as a hub for the expansion of trade and commerce.
