示范区地理位置优渥，与柳江相对望，因而在设计中也期望有精神上的共鸣。售楼处巧妙地以柳江为题，摘取自然中的地域特色，投射到空间的点滴中，在具象与抽象、写实与写意间逡巡，合着粼粼波光，谱写出一曲无穷妙意的水蕴篇章。

The demonstration area is located in a favorable location, facing the Liujiang River, so it is expected to have spiritual resonance in the design. The sales office cleverly takes the Liujiang river as the title, picks the natural regional characteristics, projects into the space in the bit, in the concrete and abstract, realistic and freehand wander, with the light of the waves, compose a song of endless wonderful meaning of water connotation chapter.

人走在其中，就像是步入了山水长卷中，画面完美诠释了“水天相映”这一景观，虽由人作，宛如天开。

曲水汤汤无声无息，却又无处不在，环绕着人们，在繁忙都市的日常中稍稍放松下来，合着自然汀汀作响的音律，让思绪也变得沉静安然。

People walk in it, just like stepping into the long volume of landscape, the picture perfectly interprets the "water and sky set each other off" this landscape, although made by people, just like the sky. Qushuitang is silent, but ubiquitous, surrounding people, relaxing a little in the daily life of a busy city, with the rhythm of nature tingling, let the mind also become calm and peaceful.

千百年来，柳江都是黔、桂水上交通的要道，九曲回环的江水蜿蜒成柳州城市的独特古韵，也为城市增添了许多灵气。逢春，水边的小洲便生出了嫩嫩的荻芽，岸上的杨柳吐絮，漫天飞花。一副绚烂的画卷就从翡翠江来的前厅铺陈开来。

For thousands of years, Liujiang river has been the key road of water traffic between Guizhou and Guangxi. The winding river has become the unique ancient charm of Liuzhou city, and it has also added many aura to the city. Every spring, the water side of the small island will give birth to the tender green grass buds, on the shore of willow catkins, flying all over the sky. A gorgeous picture was spread out in the hall from the Emerald River.

沏一壶清茶，和友人临窗对坐，对面是平静微澜的江面，室内是恰似柳絮飞扬的氛围，似乎打破了室内外的界限，设计与自然和谐相融，古今之意都有了和谐的对话。

江风拂面，飞絮入怀。中庭的吊灯装置采用“柳絮”这一形象，轻盈灵动地悬挂于空间上方，随着微风浮动，吊灯也微微荡漾，像是偏偏柳絮因风起的恣意潇洒。

水吧洽谈区贯穿的圆弧造型，给原本硬朗的空间带来了行云流水的轻柔感，变得流动舒缓，将其具化为层层水漾，争随流水，呈现视觉流动感。

当聊至酣畅，携三五知己来到四层的酒吧区域，大面积菱形拼接的镜面材质映出梦幻般的场景延展开来，合着点点闪亮、一簇簇的艺术球形灯，似江上灯影星海。

轻轻摇晃杯中美酒，仿佛人都慵懒雅醉在迷离的时空中；而空间中央的卡通兔子装置，又将人们带入进城市新潮的绚丽场景中。

面对开阔的全景露台，展眼即是层层碧波的河景，一动一静、明明灭灭的光影罅隙中，江枫渔火的古意又蔓延至心间。而整栋建筑也如江水河畔的一幢自然之境，与柳絮、飞花同生同长，日日逢春。

Facing the open panoramic terrace, you can see the river scenery with blue waves. In the quiet and clear light gap, the ancient meaning of river maple fishing spreads to your heart. And the whole building is also like a natural environment of the river, living with catkins and flying flowers, every day in spring.

出入口将柳州奇石文化暗合地缘主题，将自然的精粹抽象育化在室内空间中，可让空间柔中带刚，如水般绵延的空间内有一些可以使来访者停下来展开想象的一隅。

The entrance and exit combines the strange stone culture of Liuzhou with the geographical theme and abstract the essence of nature in the interior space, which can make the space soft and rigid. There are some corners in the space as long as water that can make visitors stop and imagine.

多变的形态、轻盈的装置、和煦的色彩将人们瞬间带入自然诗意、古风古韵的时空中，如文人墨客般，带着“归家”的温暖尽情享受浮生半日的闲暇。

Changeful form, light installation, warm color will instantly bring people into the natural poetry, ancient style ancient time and space, like literati, with the warmth of "home" to enjoy the leisure of floating life.
