A new residential complex of business class Sensata in Nur-Sultan, located in the city center along Turan Avenue, became a continuation of the architectural ensemble with the business center Sensata. The complex consists of 4 blocks of 8 and 9 floors, which include commercial premises, pre-school institutions and parking for 220 cars.
Layouts that meet the current trends in architecture and design have the most functional solutions and are filled with light thanks to large window openings. Also, much attention in designing buildings was given to privacy systems and the latest security technology. This provides absolute comfort for quiet family life in the residential complex Sensata.
Supreme minimalism. A rectangular lattice of vanes on the building’s facade creates an increased scale and divides the plane into five tiers, with a total height of 8-9 floors. The two lower floors are united in a stately base, marked with the line of the floor cornice and featuring a finishing material in a dark tone. The upper one is lighter, but equally stately. An interpretation of the constructivist style, with an emphasis on the illusion of scale in the main facades, is designed to create an architectural composition featuring a holistic monumental image.
