Pitá Arquitetura, which deals with financial solutions provider, Avante , to design their offices in São Paulo, Brazil.
Avante operates in the Northeast of Brazil. With a recent company expansion, they have just moved to Faria Lima Avenue, one of the most important streets in São Paulo.
The client’s essential prerequisites for the space and characteristics of the Northeastern daily life are created through the use of local furniture and materials, creating a cozy and vibrant workspace.
In the reception area, the meeting room’s external walls are covered with rammed earth (known as taipa de pilão in Portuguese), which is used in some historical buildings, that is to say, the entrance to the offices from the staff and recreational area.
Vibrant colors energize the workspace, and the carpet is reminiscent of historic cobblestone streets. For the staff area, the applied concept was totally open-plan, ensuring flexibility and daylight exposure.
Demarcates a typical house’s floor plan, with even hammocks that had been strung up.
Northeastern home, making the people in there believe they are in a typical Northeastern kitchen.
