这是由韩国建筑工作室studio_gaon设计的“三代同堂”住宅，或称“欢聚之家”，项目位于首尔附近的一个小城市，骊州。场地坐落于一个小村庄附近，远离村路的更深入的位置。建筑周边被开敞的农田包围着。该住宅为一家三代人居住，为了加强家人之间的凝聚力，探索了家庭时间的现代观念，建筑师设计了一座由代表不同年龄阶层的三个建筑体组成的住宅，在一个体量里布置独立的多个房间。

由于法规的限制，该建筑占地面积不可超过53平方米，因此该住宅为多层建筑。通过将一个长方体平面分割成模数化的小平面，形成大大小小的房间。房间都朝着室外，一个传统的悬挑平台为客户提供了放松的休憩空间，并享有其他家人的陪伴。

south korean architecture practice studio_gaon has completed the ‘house for reunion’ or ‘house of happy meeting’ in yeoju, a small city just outside of seoul. located near a religious village, the site itself is out of the way, positioned further along a country road. surrounded by open fields, the structure was built for three generations as a place to bring relatives together. exploring modern notions of what family time means, the architects developed a three-tiered volume to represent the different ages – stacking separate rooms within one mass.

due to legal restrictions the footprint could be no more than 53 square meters, which resulted in a multi-storey dwelling that is both small and large. formed by dividing a long square shape into modular pieces, the rooms are orientated towards the outside, while a deck with a traditional overhang provides a relaxing space to enjoy the company of others.
